From the 1st phone call I was very happy after the 1st visit I was extremely happy!! I've never had a better dental experience. EVERY single member of the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and caring immediately knew I was in the right place. And that they're full service, everything done "in house" and all are so accommodating and skilled i couldn't give a higher recommendation!! To dr. Kristof, nora,Jesse, Nicole and all the staff at Aspen dental Norwalk i thankyou for such a wonderful experience and I look forward too having my extensive dental work done by you. Sincerely. Bert condon, Stratford ct.

I’ve always hated my teeth and smile. I finally got the guts to do something about it. Having insurance from work helped with my decision to go forward with what needed to be done. I approached Aspen Dental (Norwalk, CT - on the Wilton line). Everyone from reception, the dental hygienist, to the doctor were very kind. I LOVE the fact that they were in-network with my insurance, and was able to secure financing for out-of-pocket. I’ll be honest, it was a long ordeal, and there is still more to be done. I feel optimistic that the end result will be to my satisfaction. A shout out to Dr. Sal (a very calm demeanor), the dental hygienists Nora and Shante (very nice and extremely knowledgeable) and Lydia at reception (very helpful with all things finance, scheduling, and a pleasure to work with. I will be back to comment more after the work is completed.

I am waiting to add the other star until after my work is complete. But I am really impressed so far with the knowledge and interest they have in explaining things to me. They are very people oriented. My experience with my last two dentists was terrible. These people are everything I was looking for. They didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I went to Aspen in this location 10 years ago, then moved away. I adored the encouragement and thoroughness of my hygienist the. This is an all new staff. And so far they are at least as good as what they were before. Very happy I cane back, even though it’s a 45 minute to an hour drive for me. A reliable dentist is worth it.

Very pleasant staff to work with! My daughter was seen for an emergency root canal. She loved her dentist so much she is going to start coming here now. She felt heard and was happy with the proactive options given her to fix her teeth. Enjoyed the coffee bar while I waited for her 😉

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience bothered me enough that I feel like I should say something. My visit to Aspen Dental in Norwalk, CT started off really well. The dental assistant was kind, the hygienist was great, and the dentist I saw was friendly and professional. Honestly, if the visit had ended there, I wouldn’t have had a single complaint. Everything changed at checkout when I sat down with "Nicole", who handles billing I assum Her energy was immediately off. She came across more like an over-dressed, over glorified billing person than someone there to help a patient. The conversation felt rushed and pushy, almost like I was being sold something instead of walked through my dental care and costs. It was uncomfortable and completely changed how I felt about the visit. I have active dental insurance, which I showed her. Still, she said she "couldn’t confirm it" and charged me anyway for both a doctor visit and a dental visit, telling me I’d be reimbursed once insurance was verified. That never happened. No follow-up, no confirmation, nothing. What really upset me was what happened after I left. When I looked at the paperwork she gave me, I was given someone else medical records with every personal detail about their life. I’m pretty sure I’m not a 54-year-old woman from Fairfield with asthma, diabetes, and medication allergies, yet I was handed paperwork with another patient’s personal medical information on it. That’s not just awkward — it’s genuinely concerning ugh HIPAA. It’s frustrating because everyone else I interacted with was kind and professional and funny. Ps. the hygienist and the doctor are hilarious. One person at the very end completely ruined what should’ve been a positive experience. I left feeling uneasy, overcharged, and honestly shocked by how carelessly personal information was handled. If you go here, double-check your bill and read every piece of paperwork before you walk out.

This is the worse place to go for dentry.dnt do it please.i Went there this morning. To reset my bridges upper right just glue back in..spoke to two billing personnel. I explain to them my situation. I have a credit of $120..so they told me .to get my bridges back in.i will have to pay additional $49.total..ok..no problem.so after doing my xray. I pay .$169..dr.kavita sharma..dds/dmd/.suppose to very professional. Nt all..she told me to reset my bridges it cost additional $40 more. I ask why. She say that's the cost. Ok no problem. Dr kavita say would be right back I'm the chair waiting. No..dr..so the billing personnel came in the room mrs Lydia. So she was going tru my chart..then she explained to me .the cost for resetting your bridge it's $240.nt $40..so after getting that different price..so because today was Saturday she nt verify my insurance. So I have to pay out of pocket.nt gd..after dr kavita told me a different price..and waiting in that chair for a while. Nt professional..and dr kavita was very rude..shame on you dr kavita sharma.

Great staff, very comprehensive and friendly I’ve lived in Connecticut for about two years now and had a displeasing experience at my local dentist in Stamford. Since then I had been looking to get my dental care elsewhere but I didn’t know where to start. Over Christmas I broke my tooth and I didn’t have insurance so I was panicking about an affordable solution. I’m glad I found one here! I’ve driven past this place before but I hadn’t considered it, nor would I have expected to find a plan that worked for me until I looked into their website and spoke about financing options. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here! Both my care and budget are taken care of.
