Quality Dental is truly professional! The receptionist Julia is very helpful and polite — she made scheduling and check-in super easy. The doctors are fast, caring, and really nice. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommend!

I was having a tooth pain. They got me in the same day and everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was so kind and made me feel relaxed. I had tooth fixed with a filling and dentist was very careful. I felt no pain at all. They made the experience hustle free.

I've been with this clinic for years and I was not a fan. They were really rough with my teeth during cleanings (my gum was sensitive for a year after my cleaning), and they never showed any X-Rays or explained anything. Plus, my root canal was infected, which seems to happened for a few others in these reviews.

I went to get clean my teeth after that they said I have cavities so I said ok they scheduled my another date I went women doctor did it fallowing week same thing I told her that my tooth is hurting she’ said it’s fine will go a way third week I seen guy doctor I still appreciate him he was the only one didn’t hurt me or side that he did hasn’t been hurt never 4th time I seen that lady doctor again I while she was doing it I feel like she’s doing something wrong so i told her stop it’s hurting me a lot look ima 30 year old guy not kid then she said it’s fine it’s normal so I told her that tooth that she had fixed supposedly still hurts she says it’s normal I thought it was but here I’m 6 months passed still hurts and I’m going to take them to court make sure do not let that Russian doctor don’t see her you will be regret it ! This me writing this after 6 months pass

I rushed on Monday for an emergency treatment. My tooth was killing me and my regular Dr was not available. The staff was welcoming and were able to get me in immediately early in the morning. I called several times during the day to update on my condition and the assistant to the doctor was always there to answer any of my questions. Excellent staff.

KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTISTRY!! Do NOT go through my experience!! I was very eager to get a routine cleaning since I missed my cleaning last year due to COVID shutdown. Decided to go somewhere closer to home and my sister in-law recommended me here. I've NEVER EVER had such a horrible experience like I had this morning. The dentist was so rough and sloppy that I thought I was being pranked. She treated my teeth as if they were made out of metal or as if I was a horse! I was slobbering all over and down my neck while she held the suction thing over my face above my top lip! When I had a chance I asked for a paper towel and she told me to use the paper apron I had on. I couldn't wait til she was done. When she said to make an appointment for my broken filling I was supposed to assume I was to rinse and was done. I'm guessing I have no cavities, just a broken filling. I was so disgusted with the lack of carefulness, communication, and overall vibe. I spoke to my sister in law and explained what happened. She began saying that that's how teeth cleaning is" No, I'm 39 and have gotten at least 50 teeth cleanings done in my lifetime. She then says "maybe because you were nervous or had anxiety coming in" No, I was excited and like I said, eager to get my teeth examined. She then says "it's because she's by herself and doesn't have an assistant" Okay?! Should I be more understanding because they're understaffed? Shouldn't have preformed any services if it's best done with an assistant especially if I'm a new patient. I was hoping to love this place so I could make appointments for my mom and son. So glad I was the guinea pig and didn't put my loved ones through this experience. I will be recommending my sister-in-law to my previous dentist 25 miles away so she can finally see the difference of what a dentist appointment should be like.
