Please be aware that when booking a new patient appointment online with this practice, your scheduled time slot may be canceled if you do not speak directly with the office or the person responsible for setting appointments. I spoke with an individual, who called once during business hours while I was at work. The call/text only covered basic information that could have easily been discussed during the in-office patient setup, making it feel like an unnecessary screening step. In my case, this resulted in a poor experience, especially after I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 AM appointment. There was no notification or update indicating that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response, which added to the confusion. The online booking system should clearly state that these are not fully confirmed appointments, as the current process can mislead customers. Be cautious when scheduling online with this practice. I will update this review once I have my "real new scheduled appt in 2 months".

I could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Cheung and her staff make everything so easy and comfortable. All of the procedures are explained so well and I leave feeling great about my smile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My visit to Dr. Cheung office with my mom was a wonderful experience.The staff was kind and welcoming, and the dentist explained everything clearly. Both Dr. Cheung and Maria made me and my mom feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this office.

Moving to Connecticut 4 years ago a friend referred my wife and I to Elke Cheung Dentistry. We have had a very pleasant experience with first class dental care and cleaning and our teeth are in great shape. Our routine exams and cleaning are a pleasant and relaxing experience.
