Just had oral surgery and Dr Gomes knew immediately I was having anxiety. He was very professional yet light hearted making it so much easier. He also made sure to time my procedure to when my partial arrived so I was sure to leave the office comfortable with my appearance This office is definitely changing for the better and I cant wait to continue my dental care here now!

The service is poor, they refuse to get preauthorizations from your insurance. My insurance spoke to them 9 times and they never did it. They only want cash. They are very unprofessional and I highly recommend that you don’t go there. I would be reporting them to the dental board because I wore a body cam and would be sending a copy of the malicious refusal to get services authorized. Don’t go there they are con artist all about money.

Dr. Thiago Gomes started at the Columbia Dental office in East Norwalk office recently. He's been great with my dental needs: cleaning and fillings. A great professional and a very pleasant person. Simran at the front office is amazing too - always friendly and very helpful with any questions I might have. Konstantin

The best dental place ever. Had gotten my tooth extracted by Dr Santiago Gomes and it was amazing no pain at all and was extremely nice and well mannered

If you are looking to overpaid for really bad service you're in the right place I was here 1 month ago and they send me to someone out of network when they knew my insurance 1 month prior my visit they decide to put a out of network person this doctor did not explain anything on my visit did the regular cleaning. Now I am getting billed for all services out of network trying to resolve calling this company and my insurance and COLUMBIA DENTAL on a recorder line being rude and not understanding my frustration admit that basically patience are just getting robbed because they care nothing about patience experience or patience convenience which is terrible I would like to get contact with corporate of this place to find out if this is the way that they would like to be treated I invite them to review the called made 05/07/2025 at 9:45 am. I work for customer service and I always try to help the customer and acknowledge their frustration never treat a client like this person.

Always an issue with staffing here. After they rescheduled my appointment twice, I finally have a confirmed appointment today and the door is locked. I spoke to someone from the Manchester location and even they weren’t able to contact the supervisor. If we miss our appointment we get a cancellation fee, but if the staff doesn’t show up, who cares, certainly not Columbia Dental.

The worst Dental dentist they have student practising playing in your mouth who don't have a clue and giving wrong info for the business to make money unfairly. I received a collection letter like a week ago that I owe money from 2019 and I was still going there 2020 and noone would told me that after they said the insurance paid and nothing was owing. They didn't even reach out to me they send my name to collection to mess up my credit. I reach to the account dept by email to date no response and send another this morning for an update because this is not fair to customer. Worse place ever to go....
