Valley Baptist Health & Fitness Center

Joined on Day 1, and have been here ever since. I ended up trying free memberships at all the competitors in town, but none of them measured up. First and foremost, the staff is great. $45 gets ya an indoor basketball court, any group class you can imagine, pool, hottest sauna in the city the list goes on.

This gym has one big cardio/machine/weight room where the treadmills are not at all ergonomic. The machines are a bit aged. The gym also has a very shallow pool which never seems to be open, presumably it is for water aerobics. There is also a small basketball court, a spin room, and a yoga room. The bathrooms are nice and contain a dry sauna and showers.

I give the staff of Valley Baptist Fitness Center an A+ for many reasons. The classes are great because the instructors encourage and push you to do your best. Outstanding customer service and variety of classes available for all fitness levels.

Enjoy going to this gym. Plenty of machines and friendly staff. Haven't used pool yet but it's huge and well kept. Whole facility is clean and well maintained.

Good gym, has everything you need. Kept clean and organized. The gym has lots of classes. Also has a pool, and basketball court.

I go for they basketball court and have a tight schedule but they are always using it for something else and if I don't go Monday it ruin my week and won't go. But they don't care not even when they stole my ball they just told me "well that sucks"

I love this awesome gym! Especially the staff is so friendly. I enjoy the early am classes.
