I went in to renew my username and password as the system had been updated. I was welcomed very warmly and to my satisfaction I found that there was actually quite a bit going on, with what appeared to be a ceremony. I did not have to wait very long and every staff member was accommodating and genial. To me, this embodies the Harlingen and by extension the Valley mentality to treat others as you would have them treat you. Thank you for assisting me and taking the time to answer all of my questions. This was a greatly appreciated and pleasant trip!

Literally zero help from staff while attempting to register my daughter for her first year as a student in Texas. We have been sent via phone, email and in person to several different areas....from the registrars office I might add....to departments that continually tell us that we did do what was asked and they dont know why this registrar cant handle the job. Also....take some time to read about how your students hate your school if you happen to work here.

horrible . i wanna go to HHSS but aren’t zoned there and there is no open enrollment . why do we have to be forced to go to a specific school shouldnt we have a choice ?.
