AUM Yoga Studio

This yoga studio is AWESOME. Not only are the staff (owner, instructors) very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable but also a variety of classes, services & merch. I love yoga & was unable to do as often as I like at home (Minnesota) but this has encouraged me to fall in love with it all over again and thinking about teaching. I will definitely be back!

This studio is fantastic! I would highly recommend for any age or level. My 7 year old and I started going this year, and it's been fantastic! We've done the beginner floor yoga on Thursday and aerial yoga on Saturday. The staff is terrific at aiding you and is always super welcoming. Sandra and Stephanie have been tremendous help to my little one and I! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Great studio with plenty of options for different body levels. The Sunday morning class is my favorite, with slower movements and lots of great breathing techniques. The instructor, Briana, is amazing 👏

Both work there and was a student there. Small cozy yoga studio, experience teachers. Just make sure you find the one that is good for your energy. All teachers are different

Priscilla was so kind and helpful! I came in looking for help and she exceeded my expectations!!! She was very informative and patient 🥰 will definitely be going back!

They have yoga classes that really have good benefits. You'll find many holistic health products. Staff is wonderful.

Friendly staff, clean studio, and fantastic classes! The prices are very fair & there are beginners classes as well.
