SEPHORA at Kohl's

The Sephora was great I came looking for cologne and these wonder ladies by the name of Paula and Harper. I left with the perfect gift set these girls clearly have great customer service skills thank you so much

I came in here asking for help to get new makeup products and they sold me a primer and a foundation that is incompatible with each other and it took forever to figure out what the problem was because I am not a makeup artist or a professional which is why I was asking a professional questions to begin with

Everyone working here is always so nice! They always have everything I want and the customer service is above a 5 stars!!

Came to this location to get an item. Tried to call first to verify if they had it in stock, and was left on hold for 5 minutes. Made the decision to just drive over, and when I arrive I’m not greeted. A gentleman working there looks at me with such a unwelcoming look and proceeds to go back to talking with his coworker. I shopped around and helped myself for over 10 minutes before the other advisor even approached me. If I was someone unfamiliar with makeup and beauty, this would have been even more of a let down.

I just stopped in the store to look around. I was assisted by a young lady by the name Taylor she was amazing so helpful, she had great customer service which means a lot since it's hard to come by these days. On top of that she was knowledgeable about where things was and about the products. Great job!

every employee i interacted with was rude and unhelpful. i tried to price match a sale price on the sephora app and they refused to do it saying that it was policy and they never price match. ended up going to a different sephora inside kohls location where they were much nicer and price matched the item for me. i honestly don’t think i’ll be going back to this location even though it’s in my neighborhood, i’d rather drive out to village pointe.
