I've been purchasing my dermatologist grade skincare from LovelySkin online since 2010. It is basically the only place I will buy my products because of them being a trusted authorized retailer of the brands I need. They frequently offer discount codes, which saves me alot of money, especially since my local dermatologist never offer these brands on sale. It is amazing that they still offer free shipping on any order, no minimum amount required, which is unheard of these days...and you get free samples! The shipping is super fast too. I recommend signing up for their rewards program for a quarterly cash back treat towards a purchase. I have not needed to return anything, so I can't speak about their return policy issues. Yes, it looks strict, but it is very clear and is in line with the trend of most retailers these days unfortunately. One time I did question the quality of an Obagi toner I received. Their customer service took it very seriously and even reached out to Obagi to investigate, as they are an authorized retailer of these medical grade skin products. The concern was resolved to my satisfaction.

Wow, the shipping is so fast and they take care of packaging it up so nicely. I ordered my foundation from LG website and then realized I ordered the wrong version so I looked at Lovely Skin and order the right version. It got here so fast, I still haven't received my original order from LG yet. Way to go Lovely Skin!

It has been over a year that I have been going to the spa for my facials; consistently every month. Through the year there has been a wonderful change in my skin, texture, tone, firmness, and GLOW. Amanda is probably the most knowledgeable person when it comes to products for what my skin needs, great customer service. Always recommends the right treatment for that day sometimes we change last minute depending how I and my skin feel. Thank you so much 🙏🏻. Everyone at the spa is wonderful they make you feel so happy, comfortable and warm all the way to when you step foot in the spa.

If you are just starting to care about your skin, or are a lifetime skincare addict, this is the place for you. Lovely Skin is all about the professional staff. The best investment for your skin? It is time spent in consultation with the Lovely Skin team who know the products and the science inside and out. You will not waste money on products/services that are not right for you. How many partially-used bottles and tubes have you tossed away or stashed in a drawer? I don't do that anymore - I find myself recycling completely empty containers! That NEVER happened before I started using Lovely Skin as my professional resource. If anyone ever compliments me, it is always a "Wow! You have beautiful skin!" So - USE customer service! Ask the staff questions about products and about your concerns! They are superb. And it's never too late to become a skin care addict.

I get most of my skin care products here and I’ve always had a great shopping experience here. Noah, Samantha and Kira are some of my favorites here. They are all so well versed in all the product lines the store carries as well as the services offered. They always make sure to get my Brilliant Distinction points added and take good care of my needs for skin care. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone😀 plus there is usually a sale going on which is nice!
