Do NOT But Gift Cards from this store. Purchased one from this location on 12/24. My daughter tried to use it today 2/22 and there is nothing on it - the cashier who tried to help her even told customer service that she (the cashier) removed the sticker revealling the gift card number. We are out $50 now. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE.

I was there to make a return & while I was waiting in line, the woman who did not speak English ahead of me was making a purchase and had her 13ish year old son with her. The cashier gave the woman the "you’d save this much money if you signed up for an ulta credit card" schpeel & the son translated for his mom. It was VERY clear to the cashier and the others in line that the son was trying to explain it to her, but she wasn’t fully understanding. Eventually she said yes and this was very misleading & a horrible representation of this store to let this woman sign up for a line of credit when she was not able to understand the cashier. And it obviously was not up to her teenage son to know the difference on "saving" money with a credit card vs a coupon. I’ve worked retail before & I know the pressure of getting a certain quota of people to sign up for a brand card every month, especially in December but this seemed really like someone was taking advantage of this lady. After reflecting I honestly wished I had stepped in and helped explain.

Really disappointed with my experience at this Ulta. I placed a curbside pickup order thinking it would be quick and convenient — instead, I ended up sitting in my car for almost 20 minutes with no sign of anyone coming out. After waiting way too long, I finally went inside, only to see my name clearly listed on their device at the online order station. Two employees were standing right there, just chatting away and completely ignoring the fact that customers were waiting. One of them (the lady with bright red hair) actually looked annoyed when I walked up, like I was interrupting their gossip session. No greeting, no apology, nothing — just an attitude that made it seem like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. If you don’t want to do the job that you were HIRED to do, maybe it’s time to look for a different job.

I had the best experience today searching for a specific shade of eyeshadow. Merrick was patient and tenacious. Didn't doubt me for a second. We found the right blend and I felt really seen.

So I went for my annual 6 month trim and this time had more taken off. When I say I love it I mean I LOVE IT!!! The pricing and variety is so amazing. I absolutely love Robert. He even let me hug him this time. Here are my results. I couldn't stop smiling.

Today is January 4th, the evening customer service manager was very rude to multiple customers while we were waiting for assistance. Then my 11 yr old daughter tried to pay with her gift card and it would not accept the code. The employees couldn't get it to work either. The manager claimed that some stores leave off a digit so that you have to call into customer service to prove you were the actual paying customer. I have never heard anything so stupid! We will never go back and suggest others spend their money where customers are appreciated and not treated with such disrespect.
