Very rude people. I asked if they had any smaller earrings for children and the response. That is all we got is what you see nothing else. The person was talking to me like I was bothering her. I asked do you have children earrings in another area in the store? This person went behind the registers and got on the phone. She didn't answer me another employee came over and pointed out a small area by the wall . Never again.

Mid crew is so nice! Mid- k has all of the hair products and most nail products I need! Their stores are also very organized. Everytime I need help I just ask and they provide with a good attitude! I love mid-k!

Spent thousands of dollars here for the last 2 years & was treated very disrespectfully by the older woman behind the cash register. I went to make returns, which i’ve never done in the time of me shopping there & she was complaining + being very rude to me about returning items. She was talking about me rudely to her coworker while I was still in the store & claimed they spent "2 hours" helping me look for the stuff I returned, which was a lie. I looked for everything myself for those 2 hours & only asked them for help for things I needed behind the register. I won’t be shopping here ever again.

They have some of everything and was very helpful got what I needed.

Was racially profiled, and accused by an employee with no proof... Manager was calm and worked with us to clearify the situation. Manager was very professional.

High prices on hair care products. The lady at the cash register, who I believe is the owner, is very rude. I asked her where to find a certain item and she was extremely rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason. This is not the first time that I have experienced this behavior from her.

Love shopping here its always a pleasamt experience! All staff is very helpful. Shop here for all my kids haircare also has best product lines.
