Regency Dental

I came in for my cleaning appointment that I had scheduled several months before. I took the day off for it. I came in for my cleaning and they said I needed xrays. They took xrays and sent me to the front desk to end my appointment. I asked the front desk why I didn't get my cleaning? They said because I needed trays so now I have to reschedule my cleaning and there are no openings for 4 months. I said why they couldn't do both in 1 appointment? Their response to me was coldly "In a perfect world".

I've been going to regency for years. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable. They've held me a great deal with issues I've had with my teeth. They're always kind and professional. Love. This place wouldn't go anywhere else

I recently moved to Port St Lucie and came here as a new patient primarily because they accepted my Met Life dental insurance. All of my prior dentist visits in a Palm Beach County had resulted in minimal payments on my part as the insurance covered the balance. At Regency Dental they knew that I had the Met Life Insurance, they took approximately 20 x-rays that I assumed was covered by insurance, and I paid a small payment towards this initial examination. I was shocked to received a bill from Regency for $148. After several calls to find out why I owed this money, I was told that Met Life only covers that many x-rays every 5 years and that I had prior x-rays within the 5 year period. My prior dentist took annual x-rays and these were always covered by the insurance. Regency should have checked with Met Life before the x-rays and told me that It would not be covered and I could have gotten my old x-rays from my prior dentist and saved myself an unnecessary $148 expense.

We usually love this place, but they were having a bad Monday, and I became part of it. Had an implant crown placed. It fell out several hours later on our way to PA. Had to find a local dentist to cement it in correctly, at my expense. Avoiding Mondays at Regency will be a new rule.

The Tradition Regency Dental are hands down by far the best dental care your going to find. A+ to there staff and A+ for there Dr's. I have been there 3 times and all 3 times has been such a blessing. Thank you all and God bless

Today I went in for a root canal with Dr. Cherian. I suffer from anxiety and feel very uncomfortable in any medical setting. Dr. Cherian with his sense of humor and confidence in his abilities was able to calm me down. He flawlessly completed the procedure even with me shaking through the first half. After a while I began to realize I was in good hands and was actually able to just lay there and relax. I am truly grateful for the work of Dr.Cherian and his staff. Thank you guys!

Love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It’s great to feel like I’m really apart of a family when they greet me by name. Can’t imagine taking my family anywhere else!
