I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dentist was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. You can truly tell that his recommendations are based on what’s best for the patient—not on pushing unnecessary treatments. His explanations were clear, straightforward, and easy to trust. The hygienist was equally professional and thorough, making the visit comfortable from start to finish. The entire staff deserves recognition—the office manager and receptionist were welcoming, organized, and very helpful. also want to specifically mention Heidi, who took my dental imaging. She was incredibly polite and professional—she introduced herself, shook my hand, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dental imaging is usually uncomfortable, but she made the entire process easy, smooth, and much more comfortable than expected. Her calm and kind approach truly made a difference. I also appreciated that this same level of professionalism extended to everyone in the office—the receptionist, office manager, hygienist, and doctor all greeted me warmly, shook my hand, and maintained eye contact, which really speaks to the culture of this practice. The office itself is in a great location with easy access, which makes appointments convenient. Overall, this is a dental practice where professionalism, integrity, and patient-centered care really stand out. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality dental care in Port St. Lucie.

I just left the office for my first time visit and I was so impressed by their service, to the office's appearance, to the friendly staff. What I truly liked is that their pricing didn't seem shady or overpriced just because I was going through insurance and they want to get the most from me out of pocket on top of what the insurance covers. Fair pricing and transparency. From the moment I called to set up my appt the ladies on the phone were very friendly and accommodating. Once I stepped in the office I was very impressed by the atmosphere and the clear mission goal. I love it. The dentist was to the point without any hard upselling. He told me what could be done (if I was interested in doing so), but also addressed my main concern. Completely happy with the customer service, office, and dentist. I will definitely be referring people to this office.

The best dentist!!! He is honest and trustworthy. Jackie is the most amazing hygienist I've ever had and she is so gentle. The front staff is warm and welcoming too. I am super sad they will be out of network with Delta Dental starting in 2026 but I love them so much I will stay bc their value is that good and so hard to find.

Had s very nice visit. Girls in the office were so nice. I felt comfortable right away. I was very nervous since I knew I needed a lot of work. Dr RT was very kind and helped me understand the treatment I needed. He didn’t try to encourage me to do work that wasn’t necessary. It was a wonderful experience. I look forward to finally having a dentist I can count on💕💕

I JUST had a visit there and I’m giving a 5 star simply because of their amazing treatment. I normally do not do reviews or surveys, just not my thing. But I wanted to let ppl know how awesome they are as a staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Now IF you have Delta Dental as your insurance, they DO NOT TAKE THEM. Unfortunately, I have that insurance so I was not able to use their services because I need someone to take my insurance. But I love the staff. Such wonderful people AND they donate to veteran causes and my husband is a veteran which is why I chose them. If you are afraid of dentists, please try this place out. Dr Torres/z is amazing, such a patriot, like myself and my husband. In short I do recommend them, very much. ❤️🇺🇸

I can honestly say this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I usually get very nervous at the dentist, but Dr. RT put me at ease right away. He explained everything clearly, the staff checked in with me throughout my appointment, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. What really stood out to me was how gentle and patient they were. I never once felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The office itself is spotless and modern, which made the whole experience even better. I walked out not only relieved, but actually happy to have found a dentist I can truly trust. My first visit today and I am very happy. Everyone was friendly and professional. They seem to have all the latest equipment and everything was super clean. Dr. Rodriguez was very personable, knowledgeable, and I like that he is patriotic. Glad to have discovered USA Dental.
