Dr Benchimol and Dr Moussa are both excellent dentists. Throughout the dental assistants, Jasmine, Araceli and Kaydan have demonstrated their skills in preparing Antonio so Dr Benchimol and Dr Moussa can practice their craft.. Nicole at the front desk is very professional and courteous. Both dentists and staff are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and strive for the best individualized results in a very busy office. We are halfway through the process of getting implants for Antonio and so far we are pleased and are very excited for the final results. As a bonus, Dr Benchimol makes every effort so costs are manageable. Highly recommended!

I recently switched DDS due to 'administrative fees' they started charging. I got an appt, checked with my provider and the full mouth xray was not covered (only once every 5yrs), I explained this at my first visit and didn't have the xrays sent over from last provider and he approved the xrays without cost to me. Very thankful for that. I proceeded to get another appt for cleaning and my first cavity in decades. Also when I got my first cleaning, I happened to have a gold wire on the inside of my bottom teeth holding them together so I don't have to wear a retainer that came loose (bonding broke) on two teeth which the dr fixed at no cost again. I got my cavity done and was pleased with that too. The ladies at the front desk are great. Dr Moussa did the work and Dr B reviewed everything with me, both of which I am happy with. Kaydan was also very nice and helpful/kind. I didn't have to pay ahead of time and the cost to me was minimal and worth every penny.

***Edited to add*** This dentist called me twice from two different numbers trying to offer me $500 "for my dental work" (which I don't need dental work) for what I'm assuming to take down this review. Now maybe I know why they have 5 ⭐️ I honestly have no idea how this dentist has nearly 5 stars. The first time I came here I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Once I went back my hygienist was so rough my mouth hurt for a week. I have never had a problem at a dentist ever... no cavities... nothing. I gave this dentist a chance again at my 6 month cleaning. They called to confirm and I was shocked that same hygienist was still there so I told them I wanted anyone but her. She said that the dentist would be the one to clean my teeth which I said that was fine. Showed up to my appt today. I waited in the waiting room again for 20 minutes and taken to the chair. I then waited an additional 30 minutes for the dentist to finally come and clean my teeth. He came in .. cleaned my teeth with what I assume was a student and he literally said maybe 5 words the entire time. He then walked out without saying a word and then the student put the polish on my teeth. She then took 4 pictures of my teeth .. and said I had to wait for the dentist AGAIN to check my teeth again. He was literally the one to clean my teeth.. what is he checking again ?! So again another 15 minutes in the chair. I was there for nearly 2 hours. The ONLY good part about this dentist is the girl that makes your appointments. She is incredibly kind and I let her make my next appointment but I will not be going back 😬

This is my first time to this office and I can tell you. They are super nice they made me feel comfortable and welcome at this office. Ms rocellys is one of the best dental assistants ever she made me feel welcome, always checking up on us to make sure we are doing good .love her. Ask for when you go to visit.

I am beyond frustrated with this office and honestly feel people should look elsewhere for dental care. I went here TWICE in serious pain and clearly asked for an extraction. Instead of helping me, I was repeatedly told they "couldn’t tell" which tooth was hurting — despite X-rays and me pointing directly to the area. They then sent me to a root canal specialist, which made absolutely no sense. The specialist immediately confirmed the pain was from my wisdom tooth and even called this office asking why I was referred, since wisdom teeth are NOT treated with root canals. Here’s the worst part: this office told the specialist they sent me there for CROWNS on my top teeth!!! something that was NEVER discussed, NEVER explained, and NEVER approved by me. Meanwhile, I was left in pain with no treatment. This felt like a complete waste of time, unnecessary referrals, and very questionable decision making while I was suffering. I left feeling ignored, misled, and extremely concerned about how treatment plans and insurance are handled here. If you value honest care and not being pushed into treatments you didn’t ask for, go somewhere else.

Dr. Benchimol and his staff are the best. They've worked with me financially to make the plan affordable and sedated me during the procedure. I can't thank him enough for everything his office has done for me !!

Went in to get a regular cleaning and set up as a new patient appointment. The girl stated when I first made the appointment that she would try to acomódate for the cleaning appointment but would not confirm it. So I decided to go in anyways and got the X-rays and the exam done, after done so, waited a while to be seen by doctor who went in said hi and did not go through what he had found with me, but just proceeded to tell the assistant who told me someone would come in to give me a plan. At this point I asked a plan for what? I just need a regular good ole cleaning done for what my insurance will pay for. apparently some cavities and fillings needed to be done, and the girl in the front gave me the run down of the plan, which I agreed to, and set up the appointment for the fillings only since they did not have time for cleaning. I said fine and as I was ready to walk off she states I have to pay for the service I have not yet gotten in order to reserve the appointment since it's company policy. I refused and said I would do it after the fillings are done and she then said u can pay some of it. At that point I was frustrated because I had been there for over an hour and not gotten anything but X-rays done. No consultation or anything else about what was wrong with my teeth. I have never had that type of treatment at a dentist office before and will never be back to this office again. It had nothing to do with the money but mainly the treatment and lack of consultation, and the audacity of telling people I must pay to secure an appointment because there are a lot of people that do not keep it and waste their time....yet my time was wasted ,I was there early and waited over an hour to be "consulted" which I didn't even get and I didn't charge them for it. I was more than patient until she told me that, and they have the audacity to ask for reviews if u enter their raffle .... don't bribe people for good reviews, offer better service( note the girl in the front desk was super nice and friendly) ... DO BETTER!
