Dr. Chen was kind and professional, and his nurses took great care of me when I got my wisdom teeth removed last week. I was experiencing some severe jaw pain a week later, and they took my concerns seriously and helped me out. I’d definitely recommend his office to anyone who has dental anxiety.

I had a tooth removed and an implant placed by Dr. Chen. This was my first experience under IV sedation. Historically, I have struggled with dental anxiety. Despite the mental preparation, the residual fear was still present day of surgery. The staff at OMS and Associates of Bellingham were professional, kind, patient, and helped hold space for me. Had good bedside manner and I didn’t feel rushed into the procedure, even though it felt like 5 minutes. I rolled away and when I came back around I felt encouragement and pride from the staff. Dr. Chen waived the cost for the sedation when I returned for the implant. The staff provided a wealth of knowledge for home care. I felt I had the tools to be successful. Overall was a lovely experience from top to bottom and would recommend this office to anyone who seeks to feel seen and respected while doing the hard thing. Thank you Dr. Chen and Staff!

Just got my wisdom teeth removed by them. All went so well and fast. I was scared at first but after my consultation and meeting the nice staff and Dr. Chen who carefully explained the process to me, I was no longer as afraid. Everyone was so nice and took such good care of me. I don’t always give reviews on places, but I really appreciate good staff as that is really important to a patient.

Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled by his (Everett) dentist, which turned out to be a disaster. Upon returning to Bellingham he was having complications, but being refused help from doctors (St. Joseph's) and other oral surgeons (understandably) because he was not a patient of theirs. This is where Dr. Chen stepped in and truly saved the day! My son was able to be seen the next day! I was touched by the genuine care and concern for my son by Dr. Chen and his office staff. It's incredibly refreshing to see people care about people, and that's what you'll find at Dr. Chen's office...heartfelt compassion and a real interest in helping others. Thank you so much!!!

I had to have an emergency extraction and bone graft yesterday, 1-24-25, from referral to completion was 48 hours. Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing, everyone introduced themselves to me and explained very well what was going to happen. Thanks to the sedation and medication I can not remember anyone's names! LOL I have never in my life come away from a dentist appointment looking forward to going back, I felt cared for, safe and confident that I would be ok.

The doctor and staff are amazing. My sister was treated like she was the most important patient. We arrived and were greeted by the receptionist who was so sweet. She asked if I needed the WI-Fi password while I waited. Staff in the back were just wonderful and Dr. Chen made sure I understood after care procedures. Great place and so peaceful.

Wow! They did a fantastic job! I got two wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and I can already eat solid food with minimal discomfort. That's saying something about the quality of Mr. Chen's work. Those teeth were deep. Other dentists wouldn't touch them. I was out of surgery less than an hour after checking in, and it's been just under 36 hours and I feel about 80% recovered. Well done Dr. Chen! My parents said you were great for them also. But that level of quality was surprising. Thank you! *****
