Had very good experiences so far establishing care. Efficient & Friendly office staff: been communicative via e-mail, responsive to inquiries, and effective at scheduling and communicating. Friendly and personable interactions with both Karen the hygienist & Dr. Chen. 10/10 would recommend so far.

This was my first time to see a dentist in about 20 years and I was extremely nervous and scared. I have a lot of work that needs done and this was my first step in being able to smile again. I had such an amazing experience and thank all of the staff so much for making me feel comfortable. And the lady that did my teeth cleaning was so kind and kept asking if I needed to stop because of the pain I was dealing with . I appreciate you all very much and will be back soon .

While Traveling on my Sailboat I had to have a Molar extracted due to a vertical crack. Associate Implant & Family Dentistry made room to get me in. Dr Chen was very careful and did spectacular job of extracting the tooth. He spent a long time working the tooth loose before extracting it. He was very careful not to damage my jaw bone. Dr Chen also spent alot of time stitching up the extraction area to hold the bone graft in. I feel that Dr Chen went out of his way to get best possible out come for me and my future implant. The staff was also very energetic, helpful and friendly. If I lived in Bellingham I would use this office.

Al&family dentistry has great customer service, im satisfied with the work i had done. The doctors that did my dental work made me feel comfortable and safe ,there's not to many dentist offices that has these qualities i very appreciative.

My visit was great. The person (I am sorry I forgot her name) was very personal willing to listen to my wants and concerns. She explained everything to me throughly and made me feel very welcomed. Thank you!

Very nice office. Staff are all friendly and professional. They take the time to explain things, and they are very thorough. It feels like high quality care. They also have some appointments on Saturdays, which is hard to find in Bellingham.

Dr.Chen and his staff are the best dental team I’ve ever had!! They were so kind, explaining every step of my care along the way and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Highly recommend, especially if going to the dentist can be a stressful experience for you!
