Bellingham Bay Dental

My daughter, who is autistic, lost her balance in the shower and what I thought was a chipped tooth was actually impacted into her maxilla. Not only was Bellingham Bay Dental open at 7am, they got her in right away and provided a pain free procedure to pull her tooth into place and secured it so it could heal in the correct place. My husband and I were planning on doing more regular dental visits and now we know where we will be going. Dr Swanson and the staff at Bellingham Bay dental were exceptional and gave my daughter top level service!

I brought my husband here for a serious tooth infection caused by a broken tooth, and we were incredibly grateful to be seen the same day. That alone made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. Every step of the experience exceeded our expectations. The dental assistant was so kind and reassuring, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options in a way that was clear and compassionate. Although saving the tooth was possible, he never pushed unnecessary or costly procedures. Instead, he recommended the most practical and cost-effective solution that truly made sense for us both now and in the long term. His tooth removal was scheduled for the very next day, and the care during the procedure was exceptional. The dental assistant played music to help ease his nerves, joked with him to keep things light, and repeatedly checked to make sure he was comfortable and pain free. It was obvious they genuinely cared. From the friendly receptionist to the attentive dental assistants and thoughtful doctor, we felt supported and valued throughout the entire process- not rushed, and not treated like just another patient. They even called him the next day to make sure he was feeling okay! We are so thankful for the level of care we received and will absolutely be trusting them with all of our future dental needs. I highly recommend Platinum Dental!

My amazing dentist of 25 years retired. I’m so very happy for him but this means I must find a new dentist. I tried a friend’s dentist but was not pleased. Then I tried Dr. Seth Swanson. I believe I have found my new dentist, and he is so much younger than me, I’m pretty he will not retire on me, woohoo. In the few visits I have had with Dr Swanson I have been impressed with his approach and technique. I highly recommend Seth.

I've had a different Hygienist the few times I have come in for check ups/cleanings. All were very sweet and nice to work with. Michelle was my last hygienist and she was wonderful with 25 years of experience! They always answer my questions and are receptive and gentle with the cleanings. Dr. Seth is great, seems to remember me and spends that little extra time to make me feel cared for with talking before and after checking all the teeth. As well as using the coll technology they have to take pictures of problem areas so I can see what he is talking about. Thank you!

Dr. Baker is an amazing dentist, very skilled, informative, professional and amiable! I was pretty nervous about my gum graft procedure but Dr. Baker and his staff were wonderful from start to finish and really put me at ease. I’m so glad I did my research and found him and his team! I highly recommend Dr. Baker and his staff! You will be so thankful to have found them! 😊

Probably one of the best dental experiences I've had in my life, everyone was friendly and listened to my concerns and even took another look at things that I brought up, very detailed and also gentle, great experience, I can't wait to go back in February
