Cocoon Day Spa has been my go-to spa for several years now, and I am so grateful for the kind and generous staff, and the way they take care of their customers. Kysa always goes out of her way to accommodate my needs and she keeps an eye out for tailored skin care and beauty recommendations that might be helpful for me. Felicia is an incredible facialist. She is one of the only people I trust with my skin. She is thoughtful, detail oriented, and leaves my skin, glowing, and my face lifted and toned after every facial. Hannah, Emily, and the entire nail aesthetician team are phenomenal. They are extremely kind, and my manicures and pedicures are always executed with so much attention to detail. I love this spa! I’m so happy to be a customer here and a huge thanks to the team for taking such good care of me. ❤️

Nice decor. I personally really don’t recommend the 15 min chemical peel for $170 that makes you look ghostly. Stripped my face from even color. Curious treatment and terrible value. Strange and awkward upselling techniques to boot. I felt rushed in and rushed out, even as repeat customer just aiming to try something new.

I’ve been going to Felicia for over 20 years. She is incredibly meticulous and precise—truly the best at what she does. She genuinely cares about her clients and consistently provides top-notch care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. You can tell she puts her heart into her work and always delivers the highest level of care.

I should have written a review years ago. Michelle has been my go to for facials, waxing, and tanning. Also, I really like the why she has sculpted my eyebrows! It has been over ten years since I have been in her care at the SOMA location. And the Noe Valley location, where have I resided for the past ten years, is also a very good location for a spa day! I work in SOMA, but it is really nice to have a spa appointment in my neighborhood. Thank you, Kimi and Michellle!!!

Felicia is absolutely incredible. I’ve had lash lifts before, but none have come close to the results I get with her. She’s meticulous, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in her work. My lashes come out perfectly lifted, evenly curled, and still healthy every single time—no over-processing, no frizz, just a clean, natural-looking result that lasts. She also takes the time to understand what look you want and explains the process so you feel totally comfortable. On top of that, she’s warm, professional, and a joy to be around, which makes the whole experience relaxing and easy. If you’re even remotely picky about your lashes (I am), Felicia is the one. Highly, highly recommend.

Beautiful spa with a very welcoming receptionist and a calm, elegant space. I came in for the Ultimate Mani & Pedi, which is priced at $100, plus $25 for gel on hands and $25 for gel on feet. I was also charged $12 to remove gel from my hands and $12 for gel removal on my feet, bringing the total to $174 plus Tax. I had two different manicurists—one was very good and above average in skill, while the other was more average and a little rough and rude , Given the price point, I would expect more consistency across technicians. Additionally, the experience didn’t feel as relaxing as I would expect from a spa. The manicurists were quite loud and talked constantly among themselves in their own language, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with friendly front staff, but for these prices, I would expect a higher level of consistency, professionalism, and a more serene spa experience.

Adrienne is the absolute best! I’ve been a regular for a long time and they always make me feel so comfortable and welcome. It’s hard to find a waxer who is both incredibly skilled and genuinely kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a long-term waxer! I also get my mani-pedi done here, Vy is a literal perfectionist and the shaping is always flawless!
