Lia 10/10 my esthi-BESTIE! I have been booking with her since her last spa location, she gives the best most relaxing facials and my go to for lash lifts and tint! It’s always such a great experience. She gives the best consultations and recommendations. I’ve been to other places before, but Lia at Cocoon definitely has a different touch. The lift is always perfect, she has the most accommodating and welcoming energy. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and the entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. Love Lia!!! I've been getting lash lifts for many years (5+). Beau SF in Presidio is still the best! She lifted my lashes the first time and it was clearly uneven - wasn't lifted. I had to explain pretty much how I need to get my lashes done (Keratin or something stronger). Even after explaining there's a lift but a few hours later it's uneven. This is why I'm now frustrated because I was empathetic the first time - but I wasted my time and money. I'm based in LA and kept explaining that I couldn't come back easily - but they seemed to care more about creating a nice spa atmosphere (honestly great vibes) then doing a good job on the service. Annoyed I spent $120 on probably the top 5 worst lash lifts I've gotten.

Today, I had the best massage of my life. I’ve never felt so relaxed before! Chanra is truly a magician! I highly recommend this as a gift. 🎁

I tried this beautiful day spa for a spa mani & pedi a few months ago with Jessica, who was great. A few days ago I scheduled a callous pedi with an add on of a paraffin wax treatment since my feet were in need of some serious pampering. While Jessica was working on my feet & afterwards while she was massaging my legs & feet she frequently asked me how I was doing to ensure that I was totally comfortable & relaxed. She did another outstanding job: my feet felt super smooth & soft afterwards. If you are looking for a beautiful, spotlessly clean place with great staff who welcomes you to sit with a lovely cup of tea while you’re waiting to start you session, this place is it. It is definitely money well spent!

Update: This spa is still great, I just want to add that my husband goes here as well and has had multiple massages with Marni. He said she’s THE BEST. The perfect day spa in SF. I’ve had various facials, massages and a pedicure here and they always provide a delightful experience. Professional, clean, reasonably priced and quiet. Basic amenities. Highly recommend Desirae for a facial.

I have been to a lot of spas but this one.. OMG I loveeee it! I was sooo welcome since the entrance, the guy in the reception Albie, he was so nice that make me want come back, the esthetician Rana was really good, my skin looks amazing!!! This place is really cute and nice, so relaxing. And Albie helped me to book it, found space in the schedule, he is amazing!
