Love it. Clean, efficient, and just a really pleasant experience every time I visit. Infrared sauna makes my skin glow and I love how refreshed I feel stepping out the door.

I tried it out for the first time today by getting the Groupon deal for 50% off, otherwise it's a bit too expensive, as for me. Still giving it 5 starts because everything was good. Of I could afford it I would go there weekly! Best way to try it out for the first time and how I've done it: ! ---- Book half an hour sauna session and then do an hour floating right after. The effect will be in times better if you float after sweating at sauna. They provide with shower before and after floating and basically with all stuff that you might need there. So just bring yourself. 🙂

This was my first experience in a float/sensory tub and it was a very gentle, trauma informed approach that allows you to control how much light or darkness you want, open or closed pod, music or silence. I was impressed by the professional staff and immaculately clean space. Plus street parking was easy. I will definitely go back.

This place was amazing! Starting with some electrolyte water and an offer of CBD, this float pool experience was everything I needed to relax and take off stress!

This was my first time here and it was really relaxing. They give you a short video beforehand and explain what will happen when you get inside your personal room, where the float pod is. There is a shower, pre and post floating, in the room. It's also very customizable (lights, music, etc). I used the neck pillow they provided towards the end and I found it helped me doze off. You might not get all the benefits your first time but I felt relaxed afterwards. (I decided to do complete darkness--it was a cool experience) I'd suggest you try some poses which you like the first few minutes and try to stick with a pose since it helps with the sensory deprivation. I absolutely love the float tank . The staff are helpful but not intrusive, the rooms are clean and everything you need is provided. I have rhuematoid arthritis and this really helped with the pain both physically and mentally. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a great experience.
