This is hands down the best spa you can find in SF, especially you’re looking for a Korean style beauty care. I did their signature care and I am beyond impressed with the result. Their lymphatic drainage made my face half the size with all the puffiness completely gone! And the headspa was incredibly relaxing. As Korean myself, I’ve been desperately looking for an authentic Korean beauty skincare experience and I’m so happy I found it here. 10/10 - highly recommend.
I visited because my scalp felt sore and sensitive, and I’m very satisfied with the treatment. The lymphatic massage before the scalp treatment made a significant difference. It felt much more detailed and precise than treatments I’ve received elsewhere. Yuzi performed my scalp treatment, and her warm hands immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She gently massaged my scalp with great care, and her touch was incredibly soothing. I could tell she was highly skilled and attentive throughout the entire session. After the treatment, the soreness in my scalp completely disappeared. I highly recommend this service to anyone who frequently dyes their hair or has a sensitive scalp.
Yeoun was my first experience with a scalp treatment and I highly recommend. Eena was so sweet and professional. She made the experience so relaxing, even my Oura ring thought I was napping the whole time! I also got a facial, which was even more relaxing than the scalp treatment. I may just ask for less blow drying at the end only because my hair gets very poofy with brushing and blow drying since it is wavy unless I do a full blow out. I walked out feeling very relaxed, and I’m looking forward to coming back again.
I went to Yeoun Head Spa last week and had a very relaxing time. I’ve been to head spas in San Jose but this experience was totally different. The difference was the amount care and focus they put into the treatment and the lymphatic massage which was totally new for me . I chose the lift and glow session which was a combined facial and headspa and lymphatic message. Yuzi was very professional and very experienced I will definitely be back! Glad to have a head spa in San Francisco
I'm so happy Yeoun Head Spa is open in SF! This is the best spa experience I've had in years. I got the fresh balanced scalp treatment and Eena was my scalp specialist. She’s very gentle and thorough. The space is very clean and comfortable, with low lighting and comfy reclining chairs. Eena took magnified photos of my scalp so we can see what we’re working with: dried scalp, dandruff, and enlarged capillaries, yikes! We started with selecting a scent for treatment. I picked a mild one because we're mostly scent-free but their lavender was very soft and soothing. Then she covered me up with a new soft disposable cover and layered a blanket over that to keep me warm. (I did strip down to my tank top so my sweater wouldn't get wet.) Here are the steps I can remember but I don’t remember all of them: - Dry scalp massage with a Gua Sha then a second dry scalp massage with a multi-prong tool (both were very enjoyable and stimulating, felt like deep scalp penetration). - Wet hair for the first shampoo then second shampoo. These were pleasantly intense and thorough. And oh so satisfying! This was my favorite part. - A mask was applied and gently massaged onto my scalp then my hair. - A special machine was used to rinse my hair. It was programmed to be at the perfect temperature and water pressure to thoroughly rinse the scalp and hair. This was really nice. - A serum or essence was applied and massaged onto my scalp. - It ended with a neck and shoulder massage. The whole treatment was 60 mins. She also dried my hair at the very end with a hair dryer. Eena took "after" photos of my scalp to compare to the "before" photos and I can really see the difference. My hair felt so clean and not itchy for the next couple of days. Even my friends (who didn’t know I got the treatment) commented on how good my hair looked! Would I do this again? Definitely! But next time, I will want a longer session, 60 mins isn’t enough! Would I recommend this treatment? In a heartbeat! I already had my husband go and he LOVED it! He said it’s the nicest thing I’ve done for him all year. 😂 AND We’re treating my MIL to one for her birthday gift. We know she will love it!
Such a relaxing experience! I got a facial and scalp treatment with Eena who was gentle and meticulous. She explained everything upfront and I left feeling clean and rejuvenated
Had an amazing treatment! It was relaxing and cleansing. A wonderful neck and shoulder massage, hydrating facial, with exfoliation and conditioning of my scalp and hair. The salon is new and beautifully designed, very calming with a lovely light scent and a perfect temperature. Highly recommend.
