Perspire Sauna Studio

Good facility perhaps, but terrible "customer service" and corporate policies. Pre-paid for a package of sessions which do state at time of purchase that they expire within a year. Life happens, you get busy, priorities change and not all sessions get used… beware that you will not get a single notification that you have unused sessions that will expire. Called one month after expiration for an extension to use the sessions in the next month and was offered nothing other than a robotic ‘apology’ "we cannot do that. It is our corporate policy. Would you like to purchase new sessions and get those booked?" Meanwhile, there are 35 open sessions for the before noon the next day alone, saunas pumping out heat into nothing but an empty chamber, and they won’t accommodate a paying customer. Corporate greed combined with incompetence should come with Buyer Beware labels. Consider this your warning.

I had a wonderful experience at the Newport Bluffs Perspire Sauna Studio. The room was perfectly clean and the staff was super helpful.. I look forward to doing more saunas there .

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE , I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR SO THAT I CAN WRITE THIS REVIEW . They sold me individual sessions and told me i can use them at anytime at that location only .After going so many times during the year, they forgot to mention that the classes expire in a year and that you cannot share any classes . This place is so pathetic that they did not allow me to use up my classes . DO NOT GO .

Extremely accommodating staff at Perspire Sauna in Newport Beach. They will bend over backwards to make your experience go well. Very, very clean facilities too!

Very clean facility, excellent customer service, beautiful sauna rooms highly recommend!

You'll pay for very expensive sauna sessions and should you miss any, you'll loose out because of ridge customer service rules.

Perspire at The Bluffs is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! Super clean, super friendly, and the infrared saunas are the best you can find! They gave me the first session FREE to check it out... member... DONE.
