New update. If I could give zero star review I would. So, I come for my 2nd plunge session today and the plunge is not working. The one that was working needed filter changed and was not usable. I waited 45 minutes just to be kicked out after 10 minutes in the sauna because the customer who was scheduled earlier for the broken plunge room showed up late. 😳 I was just kicked out. That is the worst customer service experience of my life. Just went to try CAZ plunge and nice, deep and cold! Cozy sauna rooms and gym! I am a new member! Old review! have been calling the number posted for days and no one picks up. No voice mail option. Are you guys open?
