Loved this experience so much! Was a little nervous going in, but Jane at the front was so nice and helpful. The room I had was super clean and really nice. The sauna is set up with speakers and a television that you can see through the doors, so the hour went by insanely fast. When I was finished, I immediately booked my next appointment. Would recommend to anyone!

Greeted by friendly staff member, used iPad to check-in, water bottle refill before you hit the beautiful suite which is well appointed and very clean. Plenty of towels and great instructions for this first timer. Enjoyed the post experience Dyson blow dryer and was ready for the rest of the day! I will return as this is an amazing self-care experience!

I wish I could come here everyday! Infrared sauna is perfect, I loved choosing my light and adjusting temp. Vitamin C shower feels amazing. Cold plunge tub great size and shape. The suite is roomy, relaxing, and totally private. Loved it.

Had my first session at SWTHZ today, McKenzie welcomed me at the front desk and was super sweet and helpful. She gave me a tour and answered all of my questions with professionalism and a smile. The self regulating cold plunge was amazing and just what I needed after a long week. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who works out regularly or has a demanding job, heck, I’d recommend it just to feel the amazing affects afterwards! Great place with amazing customer service!

The perfect new addition to your work out routine. This has to be my new favorite place to go and recover. The private rooms make the whole experience feel like going to the spa along with cold eucalyptus towels and a drink station. I love that the cold plunge stays the same temperature even when your body temperature warms up the water. The staff are all so kind and amazing I definitely recommend booking a session!

What a great experience! My husband and I took advantage of the discounted first time visit, and we will for sure be back. The staff did a great job of explaining the features of the room, and allowed us plenty of time for our therapy. The units are clean, well maintained, they provide a bunch of little extras should you forget things, and we both felt great on our way out. I know discounted visits are a marketing tool, but the staff was not pushy; they gave me a quick rundown of fee's and memberships and told me to call or go on the web site if I have any questions. This is a great self care experience. Over all, highly recommend!

The private suites allow for you to have a full hour of uninterrupted calm. The staff are super friendly. I leave happy every single time. Plus my hair looks amazing after the vitamin c shower.
