541 Social Club

Asking my friend to jump in the river with me in winter was a hard sell, but with the promise of a sauna, clean water, and a professional coach, we ‘took the plunge’. It was a super positive experience to have the comfort provided by the professional facility, and the expertise from Coach Clayton. I have cold plunged many times but this was my first contrast therapy and I am surprised —it really takes it to the next level.

Sauna/Ice Bath Therapy at 541 Social Club is Fantastic. Whether I am there at 9am or at 3pm I leave in a great mood. I look forward to the social aspect. Chatting in the sauna, I make new friends every session. It is not as hard as I thought, getting in the very cold water. You should try it. It will make you feel gooood. !

541 Social Club is THE BEST! Coach Clayton is a rockstar when it comes to helping, guiding and talking you through the process! What an exhilarating experience! You dang near feel like a million bucks for hours afterwards and you sleep amazing! Going twice a week now! Love love love!

I have been a happy customer since I first arrived to Bend in January 2023. Clayton and Jake are wonderful facilitators and really have their outfit dialed in. They are both extremely compassionate about you and your experience with them. I absolutely feel safe, listened to, and honored when I am there.

I highly recommend contrast therapy with 541 Social Club. I admit I was a bit skeptical and terrified of the ice plunge but Clay did an amazing job thoroughly explaining the process, putting my fears at ease, was supportive and encouraged me (and our team) the entire time we were in the cold water. I went from only being able to do a little over 45 second to plunging under water completely and doing 2 minutes and 30 seconds. As a Veteran and athlete with multiple injuries and Post Traumatic Stress this was a game changer. For the first time in almost 6 years I got a solid 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep, my pain was reduced by 50%, I woke up fully energized and was able to clearly focus on my work. I know each person responds differently but I am ready for a punch pass because I just read the science behind it, the more you do the better it gets! This is a must. Contrast therapy helps with so many things and 541 Social Club has to be one of the best places to come. The owners are some of the friendliest and knowledgeable people you can ever meet. They encourage you every step of the way and they pay attention to make sure you feel safe and secure. Highly recommend.

Finally a good nights sleep! I recently had a knee replacement and have been struggling with sleep. Primarily the pain and inflammation just doesn't allow me to get comfortable. But after a session at 541 with Clayton, I had the best night of sleep since my surgery. And, I felt great!
