Jinsei Spa

I recently had a massage here and overall had a very nice time. The steam room was a major plus. The staff were also very sweet however my massage therapist was a little too chatty for my taste. I would still come back, although maybe with a different therapist next time. Thanks for the lovely visit.

From the initial call, the spa staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I booked a facial and was delighted to be invited early to enjoy their relaxation room and sauna—the perfect pre-treatment escape! Bri, my esthetician, was phenomenal, leaving my skin radiant and me utterly relaxed. Her passion for her work was evident in her meticulous attention to detail. I only wish I lived closer! I attached a photo of how glowing my skin looked after ❤️💖❤️

Very happy with the massage visit. Me and the Mrs. went for massages, and Anna gave me the best massage I’ve had in the last decade. I’m used to getting a massage and being in pain afterward, even at the likes of the five seasons spas, but Katie somehow magically both relieved some very long-lived knots, but also left me without an ounce of pain. One negative thing, we booked the massage a month in advance, and one text 32 days prior to the visit mentioned we should arrive 15-minutes before the start of the massage. No other reminders were issues. Unfortunately, we arrived exactly on time, having forgotten this note from a month ago, and we were both treated somewhere between brusquely and coldly.. hopefully the folks at Jinsei can either bring more reminders into the notifications or be a little more understanding if someone forgets…

I’ve been here in the past and the service was nice, but I patroned Jinsei again this past Tuesday on my actual birthday for a dermaplane facial. First, the woman at the front desk got me all set up to go into the steam room before my facial and literally as I was walking into the steam room, stops me and explains that since I’m getting the dermaplane facial that I could only use the steam room for a few minutes. ok? fine, but don’t get me all hyped to use it only to rescind the invitation. Then, during my dermaplane facial, the esthetician cut me on the bottom of my chin a few times with the dermaplane razor. I was not even offered a discount for this botched service I received. I’ve received dermaplane facials from other locations before and will be going back to those locations, instead. No experienced dermaplane esthetician should be cutting someone. 0/10 would not recommend. Horrible experience for my birthday and I feel like I wasted my money.

Great experience all around! We came for a post-wedding couples massage and it was just what the doctor ordered. Everyone was so friendly from the moment that we walked in the door. The use of the steam room and delicious tea before we got our massages was awesome and afterwards, they have samples of all kinds of fun products to try in the locker rooms! Thank you Jinsei 🙂

I received a Swedish massage as a birthday gift from my best friend. I am usually agitated and find it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, I recently suffered a terrible injury - I shattered my kneecap. This has caused me both emotional and financial stress. Since my birthday is at the end of the week, I wanted to do something out of the ordinary for myself. The Jinsea Spa has the apparent nuance of being for the elite, but it was clear from the start that my service would be extraordinary no matter what tax bracket I was in. It took me a bit longer to get across town, but Ali at the front desk was a calming force when I walked in with my gift certificate. Although she was wearing a "headset," which usually turns me off, Ali was perfect in manners and made direct eye contact. Even better, she did not want me to stress about any details, tips, or explanations and assured me that they could be dealt with afterward. It was SO nice not to feel pressured into throwing my credit card down and to feel trusted. Ali is very professional and an excellent manager. My massage therapist, Karen, was waiting for me behind the curtain. She provided me with clear and precise instructions, which was very helpful as a new client worried about accidentally knocking over any decor. Karen has been a massage therapist for nearly two decades and is highly skilled in knowing whether a client wants to talk or prefers silence. Her graceful and professional manner and her gift of communication (or silence) made the whole experience even more comfortable and relaxing. After my massage, I indulged in the steam room and fell asleep in the gentle green recovery room after drinking one of the best light tea concoctions I had had since a trip to China over thirty years ago. If I win the lotto, it will be a weekly indulgence—until then, I will make sure to gift this experience to all my friends for their birthdays.

I was so impressed with my experience at Jinsea! Everything from the welcoming atmosphere at the front desk to the relaxing steam room and amenities in the locker room. It was a truly top notch experience. I had the best massage I have ever had in my life from Katy. I will recommend not only Jinsea to everyone I know but also Katy! She provided such an incredible massage! I can’t wait to go back. Spend some time in the steam room pre massage and use all of their lovely complimentary shower items after massage! What an absolutely amazing place!
