milk + honey | The Loren

I had a wonderful experience at milk+honey at The Loren. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel completely at ease. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and the parking validation made everything even more convenient. My massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand what I needed and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The environment itself is beautiful and deeply relaxing, with thoughtful details that make it easy to unwind. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very well taken care of. I will absolutely be back.

I had been going there for a few years and was satisfied for the most part. They then changed their pricing and would need to pay at least 50 dollars more a month to get the same exact services. I made a call to see if they could work out anything and seemed like the lady over the phone didn’t know much so I asked for a Manager to call me. They never did. I was the one that was following up. I then decided that I’m just gonna go ahead and cancel the membership, but I still had plenty of money to use in my piggy bank so made an appt to go in. I was very disheartened by the way the establishment looked. It definitely needed attention. If you are going to raise prices make sure you’re on top of your game!! I have always used when possible Ian for my massages and he does great work and Rayna for my facials and she is amazing. Alex and Mahogany are very pleasant and professional as well! but I had suspicion that something is going on because of the way the building looked and some of the communication with dealings. It was evident there was a Mgmt turnover and not a good one. Here are some photos to show you. The picture of the restroom is the light not working. When I let the front desk aware, the answer I got was the cleaning crew hasn’t showed up instead of let’s take care of it! I don’t think it’s difficult to change the trash, it’s just a bag removal.

I had a head/neck/hand/foot massage with Rees and it was incredible! He understands how and where to apply pressure, talked me thru how to breathe & quietly guided me on letting stress go. The entire experience was amazing & I wish I lived locally (I’d be a regular client of Rees’!). Rees clearly has a solid grasp of anatomy, physiology, and various techniques in addition to his obvious goal to ensure an exceptional, relaxing experience.

I booked a sports massage with Ian and he was absolutely amazing. Certain therapists just have the gift - he's one of them. I appreciate him taking my feedback and focusing so heavily on the tightness in my shoulders. That was the whole reason for my appt and I feel great now! So grateful I found my masseuse in Austin.

Love this Milk and Honey location. Complimentary valet, beautiful locker room and waiting area, and excellent treatments. I recently had a 75 minute deep tissue massage with Rees and it was incredible. He was an amazing, attentive massage therapist!

Y’all I just got a sports massage from Mo annnnnd it was honestly the best one I have ever received! She took the time before to talk about any areas I wanted special attention to. During the massage she guided my breathing to really deepen the pressure release. Then afterwards she took the time to walk me through stretches I could do. I could not recommend Mo more! The place itself was swanky but not over the top. It was a beautiful treat while on vacation. The person at the front was also lovely and great at giving me a recommendation or two.

Milk + Honey at the Loren is my go-to spa in Austin. The facilities are clean, calm, with consistent availability. My most recent massage was with Rees and it was one of the best of my life. He was very in tune during the treatment, I left feeling AMAZING and like I had a customized experience.
