Sauna House North Loop

I am the biggest fan of Sauna House Austin. Let me begin by stating this place is tech-free, which is the best. There’s plenty of parking here. They keep this place pretty clean at all times and run it well like an oil machine. It’s never that busy here. People come here at all different times of day, but you will find fewer people after 8 PM, for the most part. Shout-out to GM Heather for keeping this place top-notch and hiring the best staff.

Finally, a real sauna experience in Austin! The setup is top-notch — clean, cozy, and authentic. Cold plunge is amazing, the steam room feels perfect, and the staff is super friendly. This place is a gem for relaxation and recovery. Highly recommend!

Sauna House - What a magical place to reset your body, spirit, and mind. The location is well designed, with an awesome outdoor patio to relax and connect with others after your sauna and cold plunge experience. It was my first time in a sauna and doing a cold plunge, and the staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful as they walked me through all the steps, so I could have the ultimate experience there! Shout out to Timmy and Christine who walked me through everything! 👏 I entered Sauna House a broken man, and left there feeling absolutely PEPTASTIC (pepped up and fantastic). Bonus tip: After your session there, there is a PHENOMENAL taco place one block away called El Tacorrido. Go there and your life will change forever. You’re welcome! ☺️

Beautiful space with cozy vibes, and everything is super clean even though it’s outdoors. The saunas are hot, the cold plunges are super refreshing, and the staff are all super friendly. Definitely a rejuvenating experience that is needed in the hustle and bustle of every day life!

I absolutely loved my experience with Sauna House. The space and heat in the sauna was amazing, followed up by the cold plunge. And loved that Christine helped with the Breathwork while I was in the cold water. I felt as though I could handled more than 3 mins in the water! 😁 I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful space, I love the indoor and outdoor element, feels like a secret oasis. Facilities are very clean. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy some contrast therapy.
