Have been a member for several years now. They continue providing exceptional service. The massage therapist are amazing and the front desk are so helpful and friendly.

Friendly team and great service. Bill provides a deep shiatsu type massage, very helpful to my aching back. Appreciated the focus on a tight hip joint, too.

My wife and I have a membership, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The massages rooms are very comfortable and the massages themselves are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I got a couples massage from Yoshi and Helen for our anniversary and it was wonderful. They serve you water and tea before and after and they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing and our massages were awesome. I loved the experience and hope to be back again soon.

The best facial I’ve ever had and it was by June. She was absolutely marvelous. Can’t get over the difference in my skin.

My facial experience was WONDERFUL! I already book regular massages for all my aches and pains, but I will definitely add facials to my self-care routine.

Updated Review — After 6 Years as a Loyal Client I’ve been going to Organic Spa Massage & Skin Care for 6 years and have supported them consistently, even through the pandemic. Over the years, I’ve seen many therapists here and always appreciated the atmosphere, the friendliness, and the professionalism that originally made this place my favorite in Austin. Unfortunately, the quality and reliability have declined significantly over the past year. On two separate occasions, I arrived at the spa only to be informed by the front desk—at check-in—that my therapist had called in sick and no one from the office had contacted me beforehand. Both times I rearranged my day and made the drive for nothing. Today was the final straw. I booked with a new therapist and called two days prior specifically to confirm that they offered deep tissue work. The front desk assured me they did. However, the massage I received was the exact opposite—light Swedish pressure, even after I politely asked for deeper work. It was, unfortunately, the worst massage I’ve ever received. What’s most disappointing is the lack of honesty and communication. If a therapist does not specialize in deep tissue, I should not be booked under false assurances. As a long-time client who has supported this business for years, this feels incredibly frustrating and avoidable. I hope management addresses these issues and returns to the level of professionalism and transparency that originally made this spa stand out.
