Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

The regular massage and facial services are great. I have been here a few times and it's always the most relaxing hour of the month. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. All therapists I have encountered so far have been wonderful. They truly take your requirements into consideration and focus on those areas during the appointment.

I had a great experience at Hand and Stone Spa! I booked a facial with Shweta, and she did a fantastic job. During the appointment, she checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciated this a lot, and she also gave a fabulous scalp massage. Overall, this appointment was exactly what I needed, both mentally and aesthetically for my skin. I left with my skin feeling extremely hydrated and glowing. The women at the front desk were extremely kind as well, and they contributed to the excellent experience I had this evening! I have been receiving spa services at Hand and Stone Avery Ranch for over 4 years now and today was the best massage I've ever had, thanks to Leah. She was attentive, firm but gentle, and passionate about what she does. I felt so relaxed after my massage. She even gave me tips on how to relieve tension on a daily basis. During a massage session about three weeks ago, I suffered an injury to my neck due to deep pressure. About a week later, I returned to the massage therapist to have my pain points examined. They recommended that I go to the emergency room or urgent care and apologize for the incident. However, they assured me that they would inform the owners, so they would be aware of the situation. I went to the urgent care center, and they confirmed that there was a misaligned nerve in my neck causing the excessive pain I was experiencing. They prescribed me medication for the pain and steroids to address the issue. After receiving the diagnosis and the cost of the treatment, I contacted the manager. I explained the situation, hoping for their assistance since I don’t have insurance and the pain only started after the massage. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard anything from the manager after another week. I canceled my membership and will not be returning.

I’ve been a member for nine years and very satisfied. I get the most relaxing facials at H&S. Jenny (Avery Ranch) is the best! My skin has never looked better. And I loved Dermalogica!!
