I love this place!! I have used Ceremony’s sauna, cold plunge, and deep tissue massage before, but this was my first time experiencing Ashiatsu with Isabelle. It was incredible. She’s a master and perfectly balanced! The pressure was deep yet fluid, melting away all my tension while feeling effortless and restorative. She tunes in so well! Isabelle’s presence is warm, grounded, and intuitive, and she seemed to know exactly what my body needed without me saying a word. I left feeling lighter, taller, and completely reset. Highly recommend booking with her :))) she’s extraordinary!

I love Ceremony Spa. Such an austin gem for cold plunge, sauna, and massage services. The vibes and prices are great. Highly recommend. I previously had a negative review posted of this place due to a negative experience. I have to say that it must’ve been a one off because every experience since then has been wonderful. The staff went out of their way to correct the situation.

I have been going to Ceremony for about 6 months now and I love it! I pay a monthly membership which gets me 2 Specialty or Standard services. This means I can use my credits for Reiki or Sports Massage or Acupuncture or Lomi Lomi Massage etc! The options are endless, and I take advantage! I haven't even gotten to the Bath House with the cold plunges and sauna! Honestly, I recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone who will listen. The staff is so nice and open, and everyone is in such a great state of mind when they are there. If you're looking for a place with modality flexibility and good vibes, you have found it! Now to dive into specifics: I recently had a Lomi Lomi Massage with Isabelle (my first of this massage type) and it was soooo relaxing. I booked this appointment after hosting and traveling for a month straight and needing some self-care. Isabelle did not disappoint; this massage is like the ebb and flow of the ocean and puts you in such a relaxed state. If you don't want the intensity of a Deep Tissue, but want to sleep like a baby, I would recommend this type of massage. I have also had Reiki with Stephanie F and Anna Belle. Both of them are so knowledgeable and left me feeling 100 times better than when I arrived and with things that I can work on to align my chakras. Lastly, I've done Acupuncture with Charlotte (my first time doing acupuncture), and she knew exactly where I needed to be poked beforehand just by looking at my tongue! I wish I had more time in the week so I could be more consistent with this, but between all of the other modalities, I need to share the love!

Isabel was amazing!!! I feel brand new, she managed to fix some serious back pain I’ve been suffering from :). Definitely coming back! This is a cool spot, I hit the sauna beforehand as well

Had an amazing thai massage. Was having a really hard day and everyone was very kind. Definitely worth the price, these massage therapists are highly skilled. I wish I could have explored their other services! Hope to be back next time I visit austin.

I had the most amazing experience! I booked a session alongside my friend with both the sauna and cold plunge, and it was absolutely invigorating. The staff were so warm and welcoming, making sure I knew exactly what to expect and how to get the most out of my visit. It was such a peaceful vibe. I left feeling like a brand-new person. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. Will definitely be back!!!

Love this hidden gem in South Austin. All the staff are friendly, the prices are great, and the other people that frequent here have been nice to chat with while doing the sauna + cold plunge. I love taking my friends here especially if they've never experienced a cold plunge sauna combo before
