My experience at Woodhouse Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had a hydrafacial and it was one of the best treatments I have ever received. The esthetician was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the service. What truly stood out, though, was the level of customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care deeply about creating a special experience for their guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everything felt seamless and relaxing, and I left feeling incredibly grateful. The quiet room was another highlight. It was peaceful, refreshing, and beautifully designed with thoughtful details that made it easy to fully unwind. The entire atmosphere felt intentional and restorative. I cannot recommend Woodhouse Spa highly enough. If you are looking for a place that combines exceptional service, attention to detail, and a truly calming environment, this is it. I will absolutely be returning.

Highly recommend! I absolutely love this spa! From the moment you walk in, the waiting room feels luxurious, calming, instantly puts you in relaxation mode. They even offer drinks and snacks, which makes the whole experience feel extra special and thoughtful. The changing rooms are spotless, and the robes are clean and comfortable. Maria is truly amazing. Not only is she incredibly skilled and professional, but her personality makes the entire experience even better. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Every session with her leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back again and again to see Maria and enjoy this wonderful spa experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Woodhouse. From the moment I walked in the door it was such a relaxing ambiance. I got the Deep Tissue and am so glad I was paired with Christianna! She ended up having availability for 80 minutes so I upgrade to the 80 minute and I am so glad I did! She truly customized my massage to my needs, pain points, and comfort level. She was extremely attentive and helped guide me to relax as I am a very tense person. She made my experience relaxing and truly incredible while offering (requested) advice to help me with many pain areas. This was ultimately the best massage I have ever had and just overall experience. I have already booked my next appointment!

Omg best facial ever! Amber is a gem and was super informative and gave me new information I did not know before about my skin. Definitely recommend her to anyone that wants an amazing facial that she tailors perfectly for your skin type. I can’t wait to come back to see her. We booked a couples massage. My wife said hers was great, but mine was very underwhelming. I was told it would be light to medium pressure, but it felt barely there, no rhythm or clear technique. I left frustrated instead of relaxed. The check-in process was also awkward. The front desk didn’t greet us and seemed confused when we tried to check in. The facility itself was clean, and the relaxation area was decent. However, when a place calls itself a "day spa," I expect amenities like a sauna, steam room, or other locker room amenities, neither were available, and the locker room/showers were extremely small. Overall, disappointing for the price.

One of the best facials I’ve EVER had, an absolute treat! I had booked the Repair + Revive but after Stephanie (🩷) explained the HydraFacial, I upgraded to it. Smart decision! My skin feels super clean and buttery soft…loving it! Highly recommend and absolutely plan to go back for another one. Definitely stay extra to lounge a bit and have the peppermint tea with honey. Perfect ending to an amazing service 🙂 Trust me and treat yo’self! 😍
