We had a very pleasant experience and felt great afterwards. Kim explained all the benefits and how to best experience the sauna. Totally recommend going for a regular visits to breath in the medical grade Himalayan salts and detox in the sauna.

This place has been incredible in helping me detox from mold toxicity. When my functional medicine doctor told me to find an infrared sauna to help my body detox, I was initially nervous because my threshold for heat tolerance at that time was very low. I found Salt n’ Sauna and loved the idea of a sauna where I could lay down with my head remaining at room temperature. Kim (the owner) is so kind and knowledgeable about detoxing, and she suggested I start with a lower heat setting and also helped me pick the color light therapy (included with the infrared sauna) each week based on what I needed help healing (lymphatic system, digestion, allergies, etc.). I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I am pretty much completely healed from the mold toxicity. My dietician and doctor are amazed with my recovery, and I truly believe this infrared sauna helped speed the process along! I now continue coming to Salt n’ Sauna because of the continued health benefits as well as the relaxation. I highly recommend this place! 🙂
