The Salt Center: Float & Wellness Spa

On my first visit, I had a relaxing massage and salt room experience. On my second visit, I was immersed in the waves of a sound bath. The Salt Center focuses on individual wellness experiences. (Look at this beautiful space!) Thank you Lauren for helping me create a space for calm in my upcoming week.

10/10! This place is amazing! Ask for Jill! She might be the best customer service provider we’ve ever encountered. Everyone at the spa should model her, especially those at the reception area. Top notch establishment! If you want to relax or unwind…check out this little slice of heaven. It’s tucked away in the back of a "Business Village" off of Holcomb Bridge Rd. Fantastic!

Beautiful place for wellness! I enjoyed a 60 minute infrared sauna, a Himalayan lamp for my feet in the sitting room, the shower was amazing after - and I enjoyed the robe and slippers. So many services to try!

Very enjoyable experience! The entire float spa experience was truly unique. The instructions were very detailed and its obvious they have thought about the customer experience. I felt very well-informed and cared for. The experience included 15 mins of information including wearing ear plugs (provided), covering any cuts with Vaseline (also provided), slippers, robes, figuring out all the buttons, shower instructions, etc. The float spa does need time to get used to but once you find thag zen experience its perfect. I would recommend everyone try this at least once. Its a great time to spend alone with your thoughts, meditate, or sleep. Enjoy and try it!

As soon as I walked into The Salt Center, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making sure I felt completely comfortable and prepared for my first float. The float itself was absolutely amazing. The tank was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up with soft lighting and soothing music that eased me into total relaxation. Once I settled in, it felt like every ounce of stress and tension just melted away. Afterward, the zen lounge area gave me a few extra moments to re-center before stepping back into the world. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the entire experience. If you're looking for deep relaxation, mental clarity, or simply a beautiful environment to unwind, The Salt Center in Alpharetta is an absolute must. I can’t wait for my next float!

I was referred to the Salt Center by a long time customer for physical recovery and mental clarity in preparation for a MMA fight. Due to the grueling training in my preparation my body needed the extra help in recovery. The float pods, dry salt rooms, and normatec leg sleeves all helped me stay top notch to perform at my best. I can’t recommend this place enough even just for a relaxed state of mind and body. Taylor and the girls that work there are always so welcoming and knowledgeable of the services, you’ll know you’re in good hands as soon as you walk in.

I’ve been seeing Lana for lymphatic drainage massage since about 8 weeks postpartum, and she is absolutely amazing. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, less swollen, and more relaxed — it’s made a huge difference in my recovery and overall wellbeing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and has such a calm, caring energy that instantly puts you at ease. I can truly feel the results after each visit, and she always tailors the session to what my body needs that day. If you’re postpartum or just looking for someone who really understands lymphatic work, I can’t recommend Lana enough. She’s the best!
