This experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in I could tell this place knew what they were doing. I had Mel and she was fantastic, eager to hear about me and my concerns. Once my treatment was complete, I went over to Ulta and picked up some of the products they used on me. When the treatment was done, I went downstairs and used the Shark styler to dry and style my hair. I decided on treating myself for my birthday, and this was the best gift. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for self care.

Had such a great facial experience! The facial massage was amazing, and I really liked the AI skin scanning—Josie explained the results so clearly and thoroughly and my facial was then customized based on those results. And I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Will definitely be coming back!

GAIA Head Spa is a must visit when you’re looking for all around relaxation while maintaining a healthy scalp. This was the first head spa I’ve been to and as a curly girl, my immediate thought was, "I need to add this treatment to my self care list!" Their treatments are done by professionals and include a comprehensive scalp analysis, deep cleansing of your scalp, steam and halo therapy, exfoliation, and a soothing massage. There is also a lounge area for further relaxation and a blow drying station to use after your treatment. If you’ve ever wanted to take better care of your scalp, this is the perfect place to start or to add to your existing regimen.

We just had the most amazing experience at Gaia Head Spa. The experience was for both my mom and I, we walked in to this gorgeous space and were greeted with a delicious drink, and received a scalp evaluation. I have been looking forward to trying this viral head spa experience and I am so glad I waited to find the right place! Our scalp treatment began and we were pampered with the most amazing hair products/masks/aromatherapy products. Our session included deep washing/cleaning, brushing of scalp/hair and massaging of neck, chest and arms. Our treatment was absolutely perfect and we felt the treatment was executed with the utmost care and fine attention to every detail. We were able to use the drying station after reviewing our scalp and seeing the amazing results after. We felt like royalty. I cannot wait to return for my next treatment! Hopefully mom remembers most of it because she was so relaxed that she took a slight nap! Mission accomplished! Kudos Gaia Team, you are all superstars!
