Loved my experience with Sol!! She’s so talented and took such great care with my hair. You can tell she loves what she does — she was patient, listened, and made sure everything looked perfect. My hair turned out beautiful. I’ll definitely be back and I’m recommending her to everyone!

I do love the neighborhood and the friendly staff here. I came here a few months back to grab a quick haircut without reservation and was pleasantly surprised of the welcoming attitude towards an out of towner without an appointment! I give it to the owner and the staff for the vibe and generosity if having and sustaining such a gnarly vibe and open minded in this day and age. I grabbed a haircut, simple and easy, and was in and out like magic. Their products seem so posh and varied, that I would say this is close to Hollywood as you can get on the outskirts of city of LA. I can't wait to come here again and revisit the first experience. Thanks XIA! and what a great and memorable name!

My daughter and I both needed to find a closer stylist for our quarterly haircuts. I realized Salon Xia is literally down the street from my business. I made an appointment for us with Karen. She was amazing! She did an incredible job on both of us. I get people telling me how much they love the style of my hair and I've even referred a few people to Karen already! Salon Xia is a very clean, modern, and stylish salon. Since they are so close by, we are going to be able to keep up with our quarterly haircuts! Excited for our new find in Pasadena!

Mark is an amazing hairdresser who nails my haircut and color every.single.time. The salon is beautiful, welcoming and chic. The service is top-notch. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. I highly recommend Salon Xia to anyone looking for a fantastic hair experience. Look no further than this fantastic salon and ask for Mark! Oh! And their new line of Kevin Murphy products are to die for! ❤️❤️❤️

This is an amazing salon! The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered, the salon is always well-kept and clean, and my hairstylist is the best! I highly recommend this salon to everyone, because the hairstylists at this salon can do any type of hair.

Really poor customer service. The Receptionist, refused to give her name, and would not inform the tiers of stylists/colorists. I was specifically looking for the top stylist/Director for a color correction and she was incredibly unhelpful. Especially when I would have ended up paying >$650 for the service. She then put the phone down on me when I asked her to cancel my appointment as I was unable to get a clear answer from her. New clients do want to see the work of stylists on social media and saying "[they] have been around for a decade" is not helpful. Then she put the phone down on me! Frankly, receptionists don't care if the salon loses business. And there is no oversight or complaint mechanism either. Disappointed by the interaction here.

This was my third time at this salon, and my first time working with Mark. He was incredible. My hair is curly 3c, he gave me the BEST trim and the most glamorous blowout ever.. Looking forward to my next visit. Salon Xia looks nice and has a great vibe. Love that salon and the entire team.
