Had an absolutely AMAZING head spa with Vicki a few weeks ago. She is very sweet and from the very beginning, I feel like I can trust her with my hair. Her massage pressure was on point and very relaxing. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Genuinely one of the worst hair dye experiences I have ever had. This was supposed to be a balayage, and I have been getting them for years and wanted to try a new salon for a touch up while I was in LA for school. Not only did this cost me $500, I left with orange streaks in my hair that I had to attend a conference with. While the stylist reached out with an apology and an offer to fix it when I responded and mentioned that I wouldn’t be back for a week due to travel I was never contacted again. I had such an amazing experience at PINOK Studio! The space itself is super clean, calming, and relaxing — you instantly feel taken care of when you walk in. I booked with Kai, and honestly this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. I came in asking for a very specific style that would suit my face shape, and she absolutely nailed it. I’ve never walked out of a salon feeling this confident before. On top of that, she gave me thoughtful tips on how to maintain my hair so it continues to look good after I leave — something I’ve never gotten anywhere else. I also tried the 40 min head spa, which was beyond relaxing and made the whole experience feel like self-care, not just a haircut. The service, attention to detail, and care that Kai put in really stood out. If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, delivers exactly what you ask for, and creates a truly welcoming environment, Kai at PINOK Studio in Pasadena is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in for a digital perm with Kai and she did and amazing job! She looked overy inspiration photos and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. I can't recommend this studio enough.

I got a haircut with Camilla as my stylist. She was exceptional from beginning to end, and was thoughtful, careful, and patient to make sure that the process and cut was to my preference. Camilla struck a perfect balance between conversation and silence and really put me at ease right away. She took great care to make sure I was comfortable and was attentive to every detail. Plus, her shampoo and head massage were amazing! I would come back to her again in a heartbeat!

Had a great day at the Pinok Salon. Love the atmosphere. And of course I love my stylist Yuri. I went to see Reika about 34 weeks ago and he also is very good. I love my hair and the Milbon shampoo I use.

I have been getting my hair services from Yuta for a year now. Yuta has been consistent in providing an excellent service. He is indeed a professional stylist who listens and cares. He makes sure that he understands what I want done in my hair. I have been extremely satisfied each time I received his services. I completely trust him with my hair.
