I recently got the Elizabeth perm and I absolutely love the results. The curls look natural, soft, and exactly what I wanted. The service was amazing from start to finish. I’ve been going to Isabel since she used to work in K-town, and I continue to trust her no matter where she is because she always delivers. She really listens, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend if you want great results and genuinely good service.

I’ve visited Artique to see Isabel three times and have been extremely satisfied every time. The salon is clean, cozy, and relaxing. I found Isabel while looking for a Korean-style perm and wanted something low-maintenance before giving birth. She took time to explain curl options, considered my hair type, and exceeded my expectations. The perm looked like I styled it daily and lasted nearly a year, eventually softening into loose waves. Isabel is sweet, knowledgeable, and clearly puts a lot of care into her work.

Got my first perm ever a few months ago and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I just moved to LA from the east coast and the water was making my hair so flat. I wanted to try getting a perm to give it more volume and not have to spend time doing it every day. I asked Isabel for something natural and low maintenance. Almost 4 months later, it still looks amazing even when I let it air dry (which is typically what I do). Isabel gave me such a personalized experience at her gorgeous (and new) salon in Pasadena. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, went through inspo pics with me, and tailored the perm to suit my features, hair type, and lifestyle. She gave me a hair cut to make sure my hair fell nicely with the perm, which was included in the price. I also added on a hydrating treatment (at a discount with the perm) to help protect my hair, and it seemed to worked. Highly recommend Isabel if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and delivers beautiful, lasting results 🙂 Definitely going back to her to get the perm redone once this one loses body later this year.

I absolutely LOVE Isabel!! I am very lazy when it comes to managing and styling my hair but Isabel is able to do magic and make my hair look amazing every time. I have very flat straight hair and I am always amazed at how it looks with no styling even after many months of getting it cut and permed. I will keep coming to Isabel (and this is coming from someone who used to get free haircuts from a family member) she is my hair savior!! 💗💗💗

Isabel goes the extra mile to make sure you are fully comfortable throughout the entire experience. I love how she makes recommendations for styles that are not only trending but also fitting of your hair type. She gives lots of tips on how to easily style and care for your hair at home. She's passionate about learning and improving her craft. Finally, her hair treatments and scalp massages are to die for! Highly recommend her for hair coloring, cutting and scalp/hair treatments!
