Terrible experience from start to finish. We came in for two simple trims (2 inches exactly) for two girls, ages 9 and 10. As soon as we walked in, they rushed to seat the kids without explaining pricing or haircut options. Their sign clearly states $28 for children haircuts, so we assumed that was the cost. When it was time to pay, we were shocked to be told it was $60 per child, totaling $120 for two basic trims. When I questioned the price and pointed to their posted sign, the stylist responded, "That’s for boys!" — which is not stated anywhere on the sign. What made it worse was her defensiveness. She said, "I told you the price, right?" — to my 9-year-old child, who was seated far from me. Why would you explain pricing to a child instead of the adult responsible for payment? On top of the pricing issue, the trims themselves were uneven and choppy, not even a clean straight cut. Overall, this felt dishonest, rushed, and unprofessional. Horrible experience. We will never be coming back. We were looking for a new regular salon but we will keep looking.

Peter was my go to for Color and style for a few years. The last time he colored my hair he stepped away to handle other appointments and left me with over processed hair that literally fell out as he was combing through it. I thought maybe this was a one off but then he absolutely ruined my daughters beautiful long hair by over processing and trying to correct. He was not apologetic at all. Avoid this place.

Horrible experience. They do not render, the guy was super rude. My scalp hurts from the pulling. Nothing looks like the reference photo I showed and I did say this to the stylist. In response, he argued with me, and was mean. If you guys hate your clients close the business. They also misguided with pricing, quoted 45$ on call and charged me 55$ Nothing in the salon is clean either, stained towels, old clips, ugh!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I’m in the area only for a few months and I’m generally very reluctant at having my hair done at places I don’t know. But I really needed to retouch my color so I decided to try this salon and I wasn’t disappointed! I was attended by Tony who meticulously listened to my requests and performed them with extreme care and great results. I got baby lights and a bang cut. It’s not cheap as expectable in the area, but considering the amount of time and care they use with their customers is totally worth it. Recommended!

Peter is great. He is warm-hearted and swift. He followed my picture hairstyle instruction and gave me a clean and wonderful cut.

Walk-ins work great, making this convenient. Hairdressers do a good job. Prices are very reasonable!
