I can’t say enough good things about Candy. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients leave happy. From the haircut to the styling, everything she does is top-notch. Her blow dry skills are amazing—my usually frizzy hair stays smooth and polished even in humidity, which feels like a miracle. She takes the time to understand what you want and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers excellent results every time, I highly recommend her!

Natalie is the best, she is very nice and experienced. She did an amazing job with my haircut! It’s exactly what I wanted. And I love the way she styled my hair, it looks perfect.

Candy does an outstanding job with haircuts for women, men, and children, as well as with coloring and waxing! Natalie also delivers solid work with hair color and cuts, offering a reliable service. Tiffany stands out with her laid-back vibe and exceptional customer service, making every visit a pleasure. The location is fantastic and super convenient, a big plus for regulars. The only minor downside is parking, but there’s always ample space in the underground garage beneath Palo Alto City Hall, complete with EV chargers for added convenience. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and their consistency continues to impress!

Omg YES they are finally re-opened! I drive 45min to this salon in Palo Alto because they have hands down the best hairdresser, Candy, and the nail tech is really meticulous, sweet and patient! I got my hair and nails done all here for my photo session. I colored and cut my hair, mani an pedi, and had an eyebrow wax. They have all the COVID procedure in place so I felt super comfortable. They also welcomed feedback, I told them what I wanted and they accommodated. Best kept secret gem of Bay Area!

This place is a true gem! ❤️ I am a fairly new customer and have been going to Bella’s Salon for haircuts only. I just tried them for highlights this week and I am very happy with the results. Candy took her time to ensure I am very happy with the final outcome (which is hard to accomplish since everyone’s hair is different). Candy and her team are caring and experienced professionals that do a great job and use qualify products to ensure best possible outcome for all their clients. The cost is also reasonable. I love my highlights and looking forward visiting them soon again. Last, I just want to add a quick note that CVS parking adjacent to their building always has plenty of spots available. I highly recommend Bella’s Salon for all your hair needs!
