I have very long and thick hair, and she spent over four hours meticulously straightening small strands at a time—with so much care and precision. The results were amazing: my hair was sleek, shiny, and pin-straight immediately after, and now three weeks in, it still looks just as smooth and frizz-free. Quy was also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the whole process, which made the long session genuinely enjoyable. I really appreciated how patient and detail-oriented she was.
