⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) I had a great experience at the salon! The stylists are amazing — skilled, polite, and really knowledgeable. I got some fantastic advice on how to care for my fine hair, and I truly appreciate it. However... paying $350 for a Demi color and cut feels way too overpriced. And please, stop selling products at almost double the Amazon price! For example, the AVEDA scalp massager is $53 here but only $32 on Amazon. Come on, guys — your clients aren’t clueless! It feels a bit insulting. Love the service and the people, but the pricing policy seriously needs a rethink.

Liam is the best!!!! He suggested balayage and my hair looks fabulous! It is much more natural than the traditional highlights. It reminds me of my hair color 25 years ago! Liam is an absolute genius with color!

If I could give a higher rating I would. While the services are pricey, it’s worth your dollar. Liam always dyes my hair and it’s because he always does such a phenomenal job I have no reason to look elsewhere, and he’s so wonderful and great at asking you about how you’re doing and making sure you feel like a priority! I also had Joanne cut my hair and she did a spectacular job as well, my layers look fantastic and I love the shorter length for summer! She and I have similar interests so I had a lovely time "nerding out" with one of the cutest people I’ve met. She took me in on short notice and did a fantastic job. Both were so awesome and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and am so excited to take pictures at my cousin’s upcoming wedding in 2 weeks!

Jennille is awesome, this is my first haircut from her and I am really happy. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions along the way. Jennille is super easy to talk to and I never felt like she was in a rush. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you Jennille!!

Started charging 3% for credit card use (I’m sorry, what?!). Plus poor customer service: water jug always empty and bad attitude when I asked for a cup of water. Also have dramatically increased their prices across the board, but tbh I find them to be strictly mid-tier but at premium-level prices 🙁 won’t be coming back. Sad to see, poor management.

I recently had a haircut with Jessica, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I went from long to short hair and I absolutely adore my new look! I was a bit nervous taking so much length off but I know I wanted a cute modern bob (not a mom bob). Jessica was very professional and devoted time to truly understand my desires. She carefully listened to my preferences and brought my haircut vision to life flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jessica if you are wanting to go short!

I don't know why but I am not able to communicate with the designer. She don't listen to my request, she just keep asking me how much do I want to cut. I said that’s depends, I am trying to discuss a suitable length based on my current layers. She doesn’t listen, just keep stopping me and ask me length. I am like excuse me? I am keep trying to discuss this with you, but you force me to give you a random length as a hard answer？I regret for an entire day that I didn’t leave immediately. Not surprised, she ruined my haircut even after I show her 6-7 images about what I want. Master level, $165 is a joke…. My previous location discussed with me in details and have much better skills than her, and only needs $70-90… Keep your hair and emotion safe!
