Thank you, Lily! (Sorry if I misspelled your name.) I had troubles finding my hairstylist for a long time but I finally found it. Their service was skillful and professional. Lily deliberately shampooed and cut my hair exactly as I requested. It took about three hours for a cut and regular perm with my semi-long hair and she patiently attended me through the entire process. I wish I could have known about their salon much earlier. Thank you again!

I absolutely love my new haircut! Isaac was great and did exactly what I showed him in the picture. He took his time since my hair was really long. I loved the experience, and the ambiance was beautiful.

I highly recommend Isaac for a men’s haircut! He gave me a two block type haircut that had a fade in the front and blended in the back - it came out exactly how I wanted it. I could tell he cared about the small details and I appreciate the extra time he took to make the haircut look good. I’ll be coming to him again!

Erica is my go-to hairdresser in Chicago for multiple reasons: 1. Style: First time, I came here with a certain style in mind, she recreated it well. Second time (in a few months), I came here with no specific style in mind and even without reference she made my hair pretty/presentable and easy to maintain. 2. Reasonable price 3. Location: I usually come here earlier than the reservation time & eat/shop at H-mart 4. Easy to maintain: I have a strong/straight hair that’s NOT easy to maintain and usually looks like it’s windswept (not in a good way) and recently all I do is wake up, do 5 minutes of blow drying to style my side-bangs - and that’s it I’ve been here twice and I got compliments from my colleagues several times (I was asked how I style my hair - which…I barely do) Coming back in a few weeks! +Oh and also I heard Calvin (who got several bad reviews) is not here anymore..? But anyhow, Erica was great and I highly recommend her

Erica saved me. Long story short, on a total impulse, I decided to cut my hair by myself. I have short hair, which needs a careful trim every two months. But in a fit of misplaced confidence, I... did it. The result? A DISASTER. My front bangs ended up way too short, my side bangs stood out like a thick wig, and so on. It was so bad that my boss felt compelled to comment, and my friends just exchanged nervous looks (and politely said nothing). Living in St. Louis, I struggled to find a hairdresser familiar with Asian hair, so I just hoped for my hair to grow back fast. Fast forward to three days ago, I visited Chicago and my friend (bless her soul) dragged me to this hair salon. Unsurprisingly, Erica was shocked and I apologized for giving her this burden as no one deserved it. But she bravely accepted the Herculean task. And an hour later... BAM! She turned my hot mess into a nice-looking style! I walked into the salon just hoping for something that didn’t make me cry, but I walked out with a haircut that actually made me happy. If you’ve ever had short hair (that tricky length just below the ears), you’ll know the struggle of maintaining the ‘optimal’ look- one wrong snip and you will end up shying away from the public. But Erica worked wonders on my disaster, and I’m so grateful for her. I’ll admit I’m clueless about long hair, but as a woman sworn to the short hair life, I wholeheartedly recommend Erica to anyone sporting short hair. She’s a miracle worker!

I have been going here for a while and got assigned a different stylist since the past stylist left. Issac Lee did a great job at cutting my hair and was very communicative despite the small language barrier. I recommend Issac as a stylist for anyone looking for one!
