I visit this Whole Foods location often, and it’s consistently a great experience. The shelves are usually well-stocked with fresh produce — I’m often here for celery and cilantro. Mornings or early afternoons are the best time to shop since it’s quieter and everything feels freshly restocked. While this grocery store can be on the pricey side, the sales definitely make it worth it, especially considering how convenient the location is. I love that they’ve started carrying seasonal items for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays — it really adds to the festive vibe. I’ve also noticed some exciting new additions in the vegan section, like the new cashew cheese, and the plant-based spicy salmon and avocado sushi roll at the sushi bar. My personal favorites are still the plant-based rolls made with brown rice — so healthy, fresh, and satisfying!

They put signs for 50% or 20% discount on items, and then when you get those items to the cashier, they act like they don’t know how to process it in the system or they make it very difficult for you to get the discount, every single time I get these items the cashier will say let me ask for a manager. Dishonest advertisement.

First time visitor at Whole Foods Market! Heard about them, just never shopped there. It is actually a big store, at least bigger than I had in mind. They do have lots of options, lots of different products, meats, pastries, soft drinks, wine, hard liquor, cold cuts, etc. Store is well lit, well organized, and clean. The cashier and bagger were ok, not rude or anything, just not very welcoming, we barely got a "Hi" out of them. I didn’t know it was a bit more expensive here than other stores. Compared to other stores they only keep organic and whole foods. You can’t find any major brands in grocery here.

I really love this location. Staff and foods are great but I alway have trouble ordering pizza Either they are closing or long wait or not tailing orders. Today I was told it’ll be 2 hours before they can make my pizza though I was here at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. Initially he said they had a delivery for 10:30am. Then it was 11:45am. I decided to order 2 pizzas And wait around the store / area for another 1.75 hrs. Let’s see what happens. Thank you WholeFoods for replying And I’m changing my rating to higher both because Pizza team took care of my order promptly after the big orders 👍 my pizza were ready at 11:30am and WholeFoods owner responded. That’s what’s important! Everyone is always working very hard here at this WholeFoods Don’t want to take away from that!

I come to this store often. As a dog owner myself, i'm concerned that this whole foods store doesn't enforce rules regarding non-service dogs. I could tell for a fact that most of these dogs are not service dogs. If you are a store manager of this location reading this, take this as a chance to read and rectify the situation. If not rectified, going to take a picture and report it to county, city, and state. This store is not as bad as the Tustin one but I still see non-service dogs. You can easily distinguish a service dog from a non-service dog one.

Whole Foods in Irvine is a solid choice for fresh, high-quality food. The store is neat and well-stocked, with friendly staff ready to help. It’s perfect for health-conscious shoppers looking for variety, but be prepared for premium prices.

My pickup order was not ready. I input my information when I left my house about 5 minutes away. I checked in at the curb. I waited and checked in again, no order delivered to me. I went into the store asking for my order. Giving my checkin number to LONI. She said I did not checkin calling me a liar. then she wanted to check me in again after I had already checked in twice. I told her to cancel the order.
