Cheong Kwan Jang - Irvine

Had not locally purchased good red ginseng previously, but knew I wanted top quality Jung Kwan Jang brand. The woman shopkeeper was polite, informative, and immediately made me know I found a great Korean Red Ginseng shop. I bought the 50g paste extract. The shopkeeper kindly gave me a sample of another style. Excellent service. I’m completely satisfied. Will return soon!

The employee here is the most rude and selfish person I have ever met. They say whatever they want to the customer and even called the HQ to complain about this unbelievable experience. I was telling the employee that she shouldn’t treat a customer like that and then she told me to leave. The employee at the store and HQ are both rude and don’t even have basic manners. I would never visit this place again and do not recommend to anyone.

The employees are unfriendly, rude, and the most importantly they lie about the effectivity of their products. I’ve taken this multiple years and doesn’t do anything. Don’t waste your money.
