After spending months and thousands of dollars going to various "high end" med spas trying different skincare products and facials, it only took a few weeks for my skin to heal after using Penny's products. She was the first person to give me any real answers about why my skin was acting up and provided a straightforward plan for healing it (which not only worked, but was very affordable). 5 stars aren't enough!

Penny seems like a really nice person who genuinely cares and I was really impressed with how much time she took with me. Unfortunately she's very misguided and misinformed at best. Her view towards dermatologists is dangerous. She has an obvious disdain for them and will encourage you to just stick with her and not go to them. When her products fail to work (most likely because your condition requires a dermatologist) she'll blame you for not applying it correctly or touching your face and if you say you're not she won't believe you. Finally she claims her products are "chemical free" but when I asked for a list of ingredients (because her bottles are suspiciously unlabeled) she was very reluctant to give it to me. When I insisted the list she gave me was filled with obvious chemicals that even big name cosmetic companies are moving away from like parabens and sulfates. I really would like to believe that Penny is just uneducated or misinformed because she was always kind and respectful, even when she was telling me my acne was because of something I wasn't doing, but the fact is I wasted months of my time and hundreds of dollars on treatment that didn't work and I left feeling shamed and cheated. I'm sure her products work fine for some people, that's why I gave her two stars, but I would much prefer her to have just admitted she couldn't help me rather than waste my time and money.

This place has saved my life. After years of dealing with severe acne I finally got help that has actually worked. My skin has not looked this good since before my acne started in my teens and I'm 32 now. Acne is really depressing and finding what works can be so hard and frustrating but Penny really knows what she is doing and how to get rid of the acne for good. I could not recommend this place enough!!

Never had any treatments before and it was time! Penny was so thorough and knew exactly what my skin needed! Love the products and the results.

Simply the very best skin care available. And priced very reasonably.
