Talk about incredible. Holly and her team were referred to me by a friend. They had raved about how great Holly was to work with. Their description was such high praise I was shocked to discover for myself that not only did Holly live up to my high expectations, but exceeded them. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and competent in her craft, she's personal, approachable, and goes above and beyond to take care of you. Trayam is breath of fresh air in a medical space so often characterized by pure efficiency and de-personalixation because they've found the powerful balance between professional excellence and warmly personal. I've recommended them to several friends already and will continue to in the future!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated so kindly — the staff were welcoming, and the provider was incredibly friendly and attentive. She listened to all my concerns and injected my acne, and within a day it looked 1,000 times better! I had the most lovely, informative, supportive, and positive experience at my appointment yesterday. I booked a peel, laser hair removal, and a toxin injection. Nurse Holly was so patient and kind with my questions, checked in to gauge my feelings each step of each procedure, and was super informative about the process. She made info clear and neither dumbed anything down nor used exclusively medical lingo. If there was a term I didn’t understand, she explained it clearly and kindly. The two women at the desk- a bright, gorgeous, well-spoken young intern and a stunning and smart and articulate aesthetician- were really pleasant and helpful and charming when they greeted me and helped me. (Honestly it was the best customer service- type experience I’ve had in ages.) Very pleased already with my results. Holly Kelly is medically skilled and a charismatic gem. 86/5 stars. Already booked my next appointment!
