Caroline L McDonald, NP

Caroline was very personable and professional. She made me feel relaxed and not rushed. I told her my concerns, she checked them out while explaining what they were, and thankfully none were serious. She wanted to know if there were other areas on my body I was concerned about but didn’t mention, but I was so relieved everything was benign that I had wanted checked, I couldn’t think of a couple other things I would have had her look at. Based on the spots she did examine, I’m sure these other areas are the same so I’m not stressing. Nurse and receptionist were also warm and friendly. Good experience.

The only thing I can say bad, is the walk far away for me and heard from other older people is the walk. As far as the receptionists,all of them have been kind easy to talk if you are having issues they try to help. As for my doctor, Dr Caroline McDonald see is great she talks with you and explains everything she is doing or going to do, I wish all my doctors were just like her she really seems like she cares thank you to her

Caroline McDonald and her team were very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions ,and took care of a precancerous lesion . The office was very clean and well decorated. I was extremely happy with my first experience there.

Got in quick, she was forward and explained everything that was recommended and why. She was nice and helpful and her nurse was friendly and helpful as well.

My dermatology concerns were cared for by Caroline in 2022. She was efficient and thorough with her exam and care then and also in 2026.

I saw the Nurse Practitioner for dermatology check up. I was seen on time. She was very thorough. Everyone was kind and considerate.

She is very thorough, very nice, and keeps her appointment book on time. Very pleased to have her as my medical provider.
