Both were exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience very comfortable. Elsie is amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and caring. I’d been shedding due to a medication side effect, and after 4 PRP treatments, my shedding has nearly stopped completely and new baby hairs are growing in. If you’re at the beginning of this process, be patient with yourself. It takes time, but this procedure works. I’m so grateful for the results I’ve already seen, and I still have two sessions remaining in the standard recommended course.
