ZO Skin Centre Newport Beach

I’ve been seeing Bridget for about 4 to 5 months now and every visit has been amazing. The ZO Skin Centre is beautiful spotless and very clean and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The products are incredible and truly results driven. You can absolutely see and feel the difference in your skin. Bridget is such an amazing esthetician. She is extremely knowledgeable attentive and genuinely takes great care of her clients. My skin has improved so much since seeing her consistently. One of the best facials I have ever had. Highly recommend Bridget if you are looking for a results driven facial.

I had an amazing experience at ZO Skin Care. I consulted with Hally, and she was incredibly knowledgeable. After following her recommendations, especially the products from the step1line, my skin transformed beautifully—its texture became smoother and tighter. I even returned to purchase sunscreen and retinol, and now my skin looks amazing. Highly recommended!

Literally the best place ever! Nothing ever worked for me prior. I struggled with chronic acne since I was 14 and I'm currently 25. Over the years I've tried a ton of different products and even diets and nothing really worked. Sometimes my skin would clear up but it was never consistently clear and I was always left with hyper pigmentation after. I saw Doctor Obaji and he prescribed me accutane and put me on a regimen to clear up my skin and gave me realistic expectations of what was to come next. I saw noticeable results almost immediately both my acne and hyper pigmentation went away. I was worried my skin would start breaking out again after I got off accutane but it's been months and my skin is still clear. I get tons of compliments on my skin all the time. The only time I get a break out is if i start getting lazy and don't do my skincare but even then it's like one or two tiny pimples that don't leave pigment and go away in a day or two, when before it would be my whole face covered in acne and wouldn't go away for weeks. The products are on the more expensive side but they are super potent and long lasting. A little goes a long way. Most of my products I use twice daily and they still last me 3-6 months depending on what product it is. Cheaper products didn't work for me and I would have to restock way more often. The front desk staff is so kind and friendly. I was surprised how knowledgable they are about skincare and the products as well. Literally my only regret is not knowing about them sooner. If you have acne I 100% recommend going to them and splurging a little bit. The amount of confidence I got back after not having to hide behind makeup anymore is insane. I used to not go anywhere without makeup and now I confidently hardly ever wear it anymore because I don't feel like I need it.

Awesome first experience! I am not too knowledgeable in skin care other than the basics, but the staff there were so helpful. They were super knowledgeable in their products and different skin types. They put me on a regimen and my skin has been improving! Got a returning customer out of me!

While the products are great, the customer service was unacceptable. We spent over $1,000, were quoted the wrong price, and when we asked about the difference, the staff member became defensive instead of apologetic. Our order was also incorrect and took over 30 minutes to resolve. When I mentioned receiving a small sample during a prior visit, the response was rude and confrontational. At a minimum, customers deserve respectful treatment.

I had a facial and dermaplane treatment with Ninka Baprawska Esthetician at the Newport Beach location. I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire experience. Ninka is amazing and so professional. It was an experience that I've never had before. I was able to completely relax and enjoy. It was like a 90-minute spa experience. I also learned a lot about my skin and unique skincare needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could - highly recommend Ninka to anyone looking for a great experience from a knowledgable and trustworthy professional. I've had many facials over the years (I'm almost 45), and this was by far the best one yet. I already booked my next appointment.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Kate, I would! I recently had a facial and dermaplane treatment by Kate. It was the best skincare experience I have ever had. She assessed my skin needs and customized my plan accordingly. Her technique was so gentle and effective that my skin continued to look smooth and "glowing", days after my visit. Kate is a skilled professional that is very compassionate and passionate about skincare. I highly recommend booking a facial with her!
